SCHEDULE 'A'

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in roads path etc, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete (incl supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer@ 3.00 Kg/10 Sqm using cationic emulsion RS1 grade over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) with 5.5% binder content by weight to total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep as in soft/loose soil in berms including removal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (spread thickness) moorum/red bajri filling in road, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above GL, unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregare)100mm thick in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1 : 2 : 4, 50mm thick (using 20mm graded aggregate) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construction Joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20mm thick in CM 1 : 6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick made of M-35 grade cement any shape and with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as, in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and threading, complete all as directed and specified.

Demolition of Reinforced concrete in any position, drain covers, disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain cover slab, manhole cover slab etc set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
