M&L Providing " RAJSHRI" PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5mm ( ±0.25 ) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm ( ±0.25 ) thick Prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be Density of 600 Kg /Cum Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company. The strips should have in their center a grove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10” between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S. screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a strips of 5mm ( ±0.25 ) thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for resolving complaints for petty repair to leaking water in bib tap, pillar tap, stop cock, angle valve, flushing cistern, WHB, Sink, wall mixer etc of any description any size by changing the washers (s)/jumper (s) etc, by adjusting/replacing the washer(s) and adjustment of lever required for making the flushing cistern functional, by tighting the leaking waste pipe of WHB/Sink and providing 'M' seal to stop leakage as required. Removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI water tubing and cleaning the pipe or fitting etc including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Any type of complaint related to plumber and other connected items need to be catered for by the contractor. Note: 1. Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area including all necessary T&P / equipmen to resolve the complaint within 06 hours of complaint received (on same day). 2. In case contractor fails to get the complaint rectified within 06 hours of complaint received, he shall be penalised for the same at a flat rate of Rs 200/- per complaint , in addition to cost incurred by the department for rectification of complaints from third party. 3. Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. Note :- Day to day Complaint received from user's of Palam Bagh should be resolved within 06 hours of complaint received. 4. The contractor must keep in mind the above said provisions while quoting his rates.

M&L for resolving complaints repair to easing of any type of Doors/Window/CupBoard shutters incl Aluminium and toughened doors by tightening of hinges /handles/ aldropbolt/ towerbolt/ knobs,hasp and staple, mortice lock etc of any size/any number of panels for easy closing/ opening or changing the positionof hinges,adjustments of tower bolts,sliding bolts, door closer incl replacement of looking mirror, floor spring, alu/rubber beadings, curtain rod etc complete including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Any type of complaint related to carpenter and other connected items need to be catered for by the contractor. Note: 1. Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area including all necessary T&P / equipmen to resolve the complaint within 06 hours of complaint received (on same day). 2. Dismantling wall and ceiling boards of any description as in panelling any thickness, including cover fillets in any surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Srl Item No 7.00, 8.00, 12.00, 14.00, 20.00, 23.00, 34.00 to 36.00, 40.00, 41.00, 45.00, 49.00 to 53.00, 55.00, 59.00, 61.00, 62.00, 66.00 to 69.00, 77.00 to 82.00, 85.00 to 89.00, 93.00, 94.00, 98.00, 99.00 & 103.00 to 106.00 of BOQ are major items for the subject tender and material in respect of these items shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and produced before Engg in Charge alongwith original purchase vouchers as per direction of Garrison Engineer and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge that material in respect of above mentioned items have been submitted in the office of Engg in charge in their safe custody. (b) Materials in respect of Freakishly low declared items if any at the time of acceptance of contract shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and submit the same in the office of Engg in charge alongwith original purchase vouchers in their safe custody and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge.
