Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.01 above but embedded portion taken out from concrete surfaces.

Excavation in post holes each n.exc. 0.6 cum getting out, returning, filling in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25cm thick watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and making good surfaces in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete as in foundation filling and mass concrete, type D-2, (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel work conforming to Fe-410-0 of Fe-310-0 Grade for fencing posts, struts as in fencing including cutting bending top to shape as directed drilling holes matching for barbed wire, including fillets on back side of fencing post and all necessary drilling work complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain, black mild steel sheeting as in gates, 1.25mm thick sheet welded or shouldered to angle iron frame all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chanlink fencing of any gauge & size not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link fencing using 3.15mm dia GI wire 75x75mm mesh including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, type B1, (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 100mm thick laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 4 sqm each) finishing the concrete surfaces even and fair at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete by brooming with brooms whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick average thickness for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as specified.

Coloured glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over existing screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement/cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/block masonry/stone masonry surfaces of wall in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt. of cement and finishing plastered surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. NOTE :- Rate for WPC deemed to be included.

Preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moos efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint (white or tinted) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, gate pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismatling of existing granite on any surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of rusted/damaged mild steel sheeting of any thickness and size from iron gates of any size and welding of 1.25mm thick sheet welded or shouldered to angle iron frame and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge

Restraining and resecuring of barbed wire including removal and refixing of concerntina coil wherever required in single/double security fencing/on security wall complete all as directed.

Dismantling of precast interlocking paver blocks laid dry of any description thickness & size complete all as specified and as directed.
