Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and as directed..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including removing of cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish out of MD land.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC in 1:5:10 type-E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as In filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M & L for applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall prior to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/concrete surface, finished even and even smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking down cement plaster or other existing treatment from sunken floors, cleaning the surface with wire brushes, brooms etc and finally washing down the area to be treated. M & L for treating the sunken floors and adjoining vertical surfaces as under: (a) Plastering 15 mm in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid type water proofing compound to sunken floors and adjoining vertical surfaces. Surface shall be cured & allowed to dry. (b) Applying Ist layer of cement slurry by brush@ 0.488 Kg per Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementeous compound of Dr Fixit @ .253 Kg per Sqm complete as per manufacture instructions. (c) Applying 2nd layer of cement slurry by brush@ 0.488 Kg per Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementeous compound of Dr Fixit @ .253 Kd per Sqm complete as per manufacture instructions. (c) Testing the sunken floor for water tightness by ponding water for 72 Hours. (d) Fixing of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade spout projecting 23 cm beyond wall, one number in each sunken portion. complete all as specified and directed .

Repair of existing rolling shutter of size 5.50m x 9.00 m (appx) as under: (i) Taking down of rolling shutter including guide channel, gear box etc complete . (ii) Straightening & denting of curtain, shaft, cover etc (iii) Replacement of existing curtain lath section of steel strip and inserting attractive grill lath of 1.20 mm thick as per the sketch enclosed.(Appx area to be replaced by grill laths=12 Sqm) (iv) Replacement of existing guide channel by 150 mm wide 3.15 mm thick MS guide channels. (v) Replacement of any worn out bearing, spring etc and refixing in position including painting complete all as specified and directed.
