Annual Afloat repair of SL Kosi in Assam (NW-2) for the year 2024-25

2 nos Ashok Leyland main engine Model-ALM6DTILR , 135 KW each top overhauling is to be done by authorised dealer service engg. with all unit tappet clearance to check and adjust.Fuel filter,lube oil filter,air filter and coolant filters renewal along with supply of 1 set each filters .Both engine starting system and safety parameters to check and repair .Inspection of fuel pump ,injector along with caliberation . Checking of exhaust system ,lubrication system ,cooling system ,fuel system and repair to be done as required with required spare as per direction of EIC /surveyor with successful trial run shown . Both engine tripping issue with low lube oil pressure same need to be adjusted . Both engine start/stop solenoid is malfunctioning same need to be repaired and renewed with required spares.

Labour charges

Cost of spares on actual plus 10% basis.

One nos Genset maker -Simpsons S325 major overhauling of engine with all unit tappet clearance to check and adjust by authorised dealer service engg including servicing and cleaning of lube oil cooler .Fuel filter,lube oil filter,air filter and coolant filters renewal along with supply of 1 set each filters .Cylinder head inspection ,liner inspection with calibration,piston inspection,piston ring clearance ,bearing clearance to be checked and renew damaged ones with new oring ,spare and gaskets as required . Checking of self starting system ,dynamo ,battery charger ,safety parameters and cut outs ,Exhaust system ,lubrication system ,cooling system ,fuel system ,all foundation bolts and repair/renewal of spare to be done as required as per direction of EIC /surveyor with successful trial run shown .

Labour charges

Cost of spares on actual plus 10% basis.

Aft of ship side 1 nos bathroom 24 sqft plating and 15 sqft deck plating is damaged same to be repaired / renewed and painted with primer and good quality marine color paint as per direction of EIC.

All Weather tight door , rudder room hatch and Fwd emergency escape hatch , cabin window glass rubber packing renewal and hatch cover rubber packing to renew with required spare as per direction of EIC/Surveyor.

Electrical/electronics AC/DC line/wiring, contol panel of engine room switch board , wheel house, accomodation (lights, fans etc) ,engine room (including emergency lights), general alarm bell, D.C. horn, air horn, battery charger, switch boards ,MCBs, switch boardv ,sensors, lighting, navigational lights, search light, halogen light, fire alarm, siren, bed light, table light, light cover, exhaust fan, wipers & other fittings etc. are to be checked by certified electrician and rectified the defects as required, with renewal of required materials as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.Control panel switch and MCBs of genset to be cleaned ,overhauled and all trips to check as per direction of EIC . 2 nos officer cabin switch board repair as per direction of EIC.Supply of 1 nos electric tester,multimeter and laser temperature gun each.Anchor motor control box unit to be inspected as it is not holding same to be repair.

Supply of 6 nos of standard ISI marked life jacket as per new safety guidelines with certification with vessel name printed .

Supply of 4 nos of standard ISI marked life buoy as per new safety guidelines with certification with vessel name printed .

Supply and fitting of 1 nos 1 HP self priming centrifugal pump with suction and dischage piping arrangement of 20 metre .

Wheel house lever to be renewed and renewal of rubber wiper as per direction of EIC/ surveyor. Stbd engine RPM meter reading is not coming in W/H same is to be repaired with required spare .Rudder indicator in W/ H not working same to be repaired .

W/H ,2 nos officer cabins ,2 nos crew cabin and dining room floor mat area of 200 sqft is damaged same to be repaired/renewed with same original sheet as per direction of EIC .

The entire ship side shell plate from LWL to deck plate, bathroom, galley inside, engine room, store, roof, railing, railing chain, bollard, draft mark, plimsoll mark, stairs, stair railings,air vents ,sounding pipe, rooms, roof along with other fitment etc, are to be proper cleaned, scrapped, wire brushed, chipped and painted as following, (a.)1 coat zinc chromate primer, (b.) 1 coat epoxy paint (c) marine quality paint to be done in dust free environment using airless spray machine of 100 micron each . All pipe lines should be colored as per marine color code. After it name of vessel, deptt. and logo to be made by fluorescent sticker as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.

PA system is not working same to be repaired/renewed as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fitting of 1 nos new Refrigerator of good brand of approx 190 litre with povision of jerk free arrangements to made to prevents vibration as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fitting of reputed 14 nos (1m*1m) curtain, 5 nos mattress with fitting on bed bunk ,steel wire mosquito net fitments on 4 nos door ,5 nos wall mounted fan of blade dia 200-300 mm per direction of EIC.

Wheel house 1 nos air conditioner not working same to be repaired/renewed as required and fitting to be done as per direction of EIC/ surveyor.

Making of required hook support for 9 nos tyre fender on both side of deck with chain clamp as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fitment of 2 nos FW and SW syntex tank ,2 nos 5-7 ltr geyser ,1 nos semi rotary pump ,1 nos screw driver set, plier set ,open and closed wrench set ,wooden hammer set ,1 nos cutter punch and 1 nos spade as required as per direction of EIC.

Galley's electric chimney to be fitted as required ,kitchen shelf and drawer with wooden fitments to be repaired /renewed as required per direction of EIC.
