Supply of 9 m height dip galvanized octagonal pole made of HT steel of grade S355 of BSEN 10025 with 155mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick G.I. sheet alongwith base plate of size 250 x 250 x 16 mm thick with inbuilt Sleek terminal box with required sizes studs for 4 core 16 sq mm A Al cable termination as required and 10A porceline fuse for each out going with proper pad locking arrangement (2 nos.) Make: Bajaj / TLL/ Valmont /Transrail/Utkarsh).

S & F 1.5 Mtrs. Long 40mm dia G.I pole top arm bracket(curved structure) with sleeves, decorative pole cap nuts etc as required with painting by one cote red led and one cote of synthetic enamel paint . i)Double arm

Erection of Single octagonal pole of length 9 mt with 4 nos. 24mm dia750 mm length "J" type Bolt projected 125 mm & Nut etc. in RCC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 750x750x150 mm thick PCC (4:2:1) base block with black stone including mm depth 1650x500mm dia cylindrical type RCC (M20 grade muffing with 4 nos. 12mm dia tor rod and 8mm dia tor rod for caging with 190 mm centre to centre spacing) and 200mm above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring, without Loop Box with GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on base plate & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed as below (ISI medium G.I pipe)

Supply & Laying of following XLPE A/Al.cable (Mk. polycab / Havel /KEI/Glostar) in S & L of Polythen heavy guage Rolled pipe of 50mm dia 700mm below the ground level with brick protection on the top of the pipe with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring for dust & moisture-proof entry and finishing the end by socketing of the XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below .

S&L of 3x1.5sq mm FR single core multi strand copper wire for connection from loop box to fittings through 13mm dia polythene pipe.

S & F of medium gauge 40mm dia G.I pipe (ISI medium) for protection of cable with necessary fitting and jointing materials as required as to G.S.

S & D LED street light luminaire 160W (make Bajaj, cat no. - BENP 11SL Series/Philips/Wipro/CG) and all other accessories

S & F of post top decorative luminaire (Philips cat no HPS360 IxCDMTT-150W GR incl. IxCDMTT-150W lamp.) fitted with 12’’ length 40mm dia GI pipe grouted on RCC pillar.

Supplying and Fixing CI water proof looping cable box having hinged CI Top Cover having 4 mm thick with rubber gasket lining, railway type mechanical locking arrangement, earthing terminal with lug etc. of the following sizes as indicated below, Comprising of one 250 V, 15 A Kit-Kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator etc. and housing the same in pole muffing incl. addition and alteration to the existing CC muffing (6:3:1) after dismantling the damaged looping cable box etc. where necy. incl. painting. a)200x150x100mm

S & F outdoor type M.S. Source Pillar Box complete with car venture type base pedestal for holding the upper compartment of the Pillar Box. The overall dimension of the above Pillar Box 1200 x 900 x750mm. made from 3 mm. thick M.S. sheet with double door for free opening including both side (front and back side). The above door fitted with side of the Pillar Box by two sets hinge system arrangement with providing capsule hinge welded with the Pillar Box rigidly incl. providing door handle and providing Vent at the top side of the Pillar Box incl. padlock system on the above Pillar Box for extra protection incl. S & F 7 (seven) lever (Godrej) padlock with duplicate key in front back side. There should be provision inside the Pillar Box of 1 No. suitable size of Hylamp sheet holding the electrical accessories with suitable size of angle iron frame fitted inside the middle portion of the above Pillar Box and S & F of following accessories. a) 1 No. 415V 63A TPN SFU with HRC fuses (L&T cat no SK95613 with sheet steel enclosure/equivalent of Siemens./ ABB) - 1 Set. b) 1 No. 550V150A BBC with 4 nos.
