Design and Construction of RCC M-25 Framed structure Building (Single Storey and Double Storey) Confirming to National Building Code for Admin cum Lab Building (Double Storey), Chemical House (Double Storey), Combined and Thickened sludge (pump and panel room), Chlorination Room, Tonner Room, Digested Sludge (pump and panel room), Raw Sludge Pump House, De-Watering Unit Building (Double Storey) including all Electrical, Mechanical and other contingent work thereto as per sizes and specification given in the DNIT. Total Minimum area of above buildings are 1385 Sqm or more if required as per design complete in all respect and all other works contingent thereto along with 11 Years Defect Liability –cum – Maintenance Period (including 3 Years Defect Liability Period after 3 months trial run).
