Supply and erection of 22KV Double pole structure as per following specifications:30 feet RCC Pole 2nos, 100x50mm channels, angles, Transformer bed channels, clamps bolt nuts and 22KVAB switch operating handle -1set,22KV pin insulator HG fuses, 22KV Lighting arrestor, 0/2 SWG copper Jumpering and alkathine pipes, other supporting insulators and iron materials and necessary civil works etc.,

Supply of ACSR conductor of 7/2.59 sqmm diameter including binding etc., as required.

Supply, Erection and Testing and Commissioning of 200KVA ,22KV /433V, 3phase 50Hz, H.V.& L.V. cable box type, copper wound Energy Efficiency Level-2 Distribution Transformer as per IS 1180/2014-Part 1 Amendment No.4 , ONAN, Off Load Tap switch having 7 positions with voltage correction insteps of 2.5% (+5% to -10%), with All relevant accessories shall be provided confirming to IS 1180/2014, including first filling of oil and as per Pondicherry Electricity Department specification. (GST and Transport Charges Inclusive)

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Supply of H.T.tapping channel cross arm without clamp (100x50x6)

Erection of H.T.tapping channel 100 x 50 x 50 x 10 mm for the 22 KV overhead line including drilling of holes for insulator and clamp.

Supply of 11KV Disc insulator for 22 KV overhead line with2 sets of 11 KV disc insulator.

Erection of 11 KV Disc insulator for 22 KV overhead line with 2 sets of 11 KV disc insulator complete metal parts as required.

Supplying and fixing of G.I. flat (25 x 6mm) for earthing arrangements including bolts and nuts etc.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or inrecess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Supply of stay set complete for H.T.

Supply of All sizes of M.S. bolts and nuts.

Providing of foundation for outdoor type 315 KVA, 11 KV/ 433 V distribution transformer

Supplying of 3 1/2 x 300 sqmm armoured aluminium U.G cable -1.1KV grade at site. (Make:Polycab/Finolex /Havells).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation , sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc.as required - above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required - 31/2 X300 sq.mm (70 mm)

Supply of rail pole clamps, stay clamp, RCC pole clamp etc..

Supply and erection of HT outdoor type panel for metering arrangements and busbar including internal wiring work etc and construction of Plinth size 0.60m x0.60mx 1.30m of 2nos. for metering panel including all materials and labour, GI pipe bent in the middle with necessary check nuts etc and accessories as required.

Supplying and installation of following safety equipments as per statutory norms and IE / CEA regulations 1. fire bucket with tand -1 no. II. Fire extinguisers for electrical fire - 3 nos. 3. Rubbermat as per latet IS - 12m 4. First Aid chart, 5. First Aid Box, 6. Danger Board.

Towards obtaining CEA safety approval for HT installations and LT installations , prior to energisation.

Service charges towards preparation of drawings, scheme and other relevant documents that are required by PED and liasioning with Pondicherry electricity Department, for extending necessary assistance in obtaining meter panel approval.

Supply, erection and Testing and Commissioning of 22 KV metering cubicle of ratio 50-25/ 5A of Make : Acott as per Electricity Department.

Providing fencing for the outdoor ub tation yard with necessary gates

Providing of foundation for 11 KV metering set as per the recommendation of the Pondicherry electricity Department.
