M&L for complete removal of existing water proofiing treatment from top of roof (flat of sloped) and canopies / chajjas of building including demolition of PCC any thickness and removal of debries out side Md land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal, sloped & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm. (ii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces. (iii) Laying /unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, APP based polymeric membrane minimumweighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thickreinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. notless than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surfaceby forced application complete all as specified with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (iv) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint including preparation complete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding / kerbs / sunken slab etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on roof surfaces / concrete surface in CM 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved brand/make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for suspended false ceilling comprising of 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement bulding boards fixed or laid/inserted to GI frame work with screws over Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including dismantling of wall and ceiling board or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling Asbestos cement sheet (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) in roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in ridges, roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling Asbestos cement sheet (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) in roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for MS framed works as in trusses, purline, rafters, post, column square/rectangular, round or angle section, fixed with and including iron cleats or other connected plates flate iron wind ties etc incl bending of MS section as requried Fe-410 gd 250 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
