SUBGRADE :Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tone capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re0rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 1 kms0 finished item of work.

Excavation of trenches for 100mm and 200mm pipes after sub-grade is ready with desired compaction and gradient.

Supply and laying of 140/ 150 GSM geotextile cloth in trenches to act as a separation barrier to avoid contamination of the sand profile.

Supply and laying of 100mm perforated SWD pipes (ASTRAL make) at a spacing of 6 metres laid from the centre towards the periphery maintaining a desired gradient of 1%.

Supply and laying of 200mm perforated SWD collector pipes (ASTRAL make) along the periphery maintaining the desired gradient based on invert levels of the stormwater drain.

Supply and laying of 6-12mm VSI gravel/ coarse aggregate in the trenches - 50mm below the pipes, around the pipes and 100mm on top of the pipes

Supply and laying of fine natural river sand in the trenches - 100mm on top of the gravel till the subbase level.
