Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made , tested , CPRI approved powder coated LT Panel board ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and outer shell made of of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet , 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zink metal coating,front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :- (a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 315 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) On load change over switch open execution type , 315 Amps , 4 pole , 415 volt , 50 Hz-01 No (iii) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 CL1 -01No (iv) CTs ratio 400/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (v) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vi) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 800 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. (b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 125 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 200 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA thermal magnetic release - 03 Nos (c) Platform of Panel Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note : (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate/glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer.

(Note :- 1. Rate shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by bidder for following items:- (a) Fixing the indoor and outdoor unit on wall mounting stand unit with grouting nuts, bolts and cutting groove to wall for gas pipe & water drainage pipe. (b) PVC pipe 15/20 mm dia transparent flexible heavy duty for water drainage pipe of required length at site. (c) Insulation of both the copper pipes with insulating material and covering the complete pipe with PVC casing & caping of size 75 x 75 mm/reqd size for mechanical protection of copper pipe complete. (d) Charging of full qty of refrigerant gas as per OEM after necessary brazing/fixing of both the outdoor/indoor unit and testing complete on load to obtain 18-24 degree celsius temperature at specified amps. 2. Split tye AC shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing .)

M&L for sub main wiring comprising two single core, 4 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multi on same copper conductor cable, PVC insulated FRLS Grade unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and over PVC conduits and conduit fittings complete (concealed type) including S&F 4 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area on same copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade earth wire complete all as specified and directed. (Cutting chases and making good of disturbed surfaces shall deem to be including in the unit rate quoted by tendered). (Note :- Extra length of cables/wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and the rate quoted by contractor for per unit shall be deemed accordingly)
