Removing the existing broken short rails and cutting and threading of leg of size 400 mm out of broken short rail as shown on drg.

S & F check nut of size 32mm dia 6mm thick conforming to ISI.

Removing the existing unserviceable 3 way GI elbow 32mm dia and S&F 3 way GI elbow 32mm dia ISI marked.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of Charpoy to be made of 12 mm thick (7Ply) commercial plywood BWR grade, confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with appropriate sizes of SS nuts & bolts with washers without having any joints after tightening of frame. REPAIR TO CHARPOY PLY TOP STEEL FRAME

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard steel to be made of 12 mm thick (7Ply) commercial plywood BWR grade, confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with appropriate sizes of SS nuts & bolts with washers without having any joints after tightening of frame by welding. Make : Kit Ply/Green Ply/Century Ply/Archid Ply with shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L, scraping of existing coat of paints complete filling, finishing and painting of Bed Hard steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Make: Berger/ Asian Paint) with spray after applying a coat of red oxide primer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO BED HARD PLY TOP STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08(R) :

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard steel to be made of 12 mm thick (7Ply) commercial plywood BWR grade, confirming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with appropriate sizes of SS nuts & bolts with washers without having any joints after tightening of frame by welding. Make : Kit Ply/Green Ply/Century Ply/Archid Ply with shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to chair CBA/ CBB Tubular Steel with arm/without arm (FD-75 (M): - Removing the existing unserviceable broken seat and back frame of tubular steel chairs, S&F new seat and back frame out of 1st class hard wood Teak duly french polished and cane for weaving as drawing with not less than 1.8mm width plastic cane for weaving and 3mm width for bordering. Canning holes shall be 12.5 mm centre to centre. Seat and back shall be fixed to frame with bolts and nuts (5mm dia and 100mm long) 04 Nos each for seat and back. Handles are to be shaped as per drawing and duly polished and fixed with suitable steel screws as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
