(Ref. Hqr Lr.No: E.252/TRS/Contract/Policy/Vol.IX/115 Dt: 13.04.2018)..Firm should submit copy of letter issued by RDSO/CLW (U-VAM in IREPS), indicating the firm as an approved source for "Periodic Repair, Rehabilitation of Bogie Frames (Fabricated High Adhesion bogie/ Co-Co Bogie)".

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The General Conditions of Contract governing the performance of the works covered by this tender are the Indian Railway Standard General Conditions of Contract as amended from time to time up to date. A soft copy of the Indian Railway Standard General conditions of Contract is uploaded in the annexed documents to the tender. Hard copy may be perused in the office of the Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer/Traction and Rolling Stock/ Kazipet/ South Central Railway / Kazipet - 506003. In submitting the tender it would be deemed that the tenderer has kept himself fully Informed of the provision of the Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of Contract including all corrections and Amendments issued upto date and claim that he is not aware of any amendment or correction slip to the IRSGCC shall not be entertained.

CORRIGENDUM NOTICE ON IREPS: [I] Railway may modify the tender document by issuing online corrigendum through www.ireps.gov.in [II] Prospective Bidders shall keep watch for CORRIGENDUM upto 15 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. For the purpose of CORRIGENDUM in the tender, NIT period is splitted as under: (a) ADVERTISEMENT PERIOD: The time during which all information pertaining to tender shall be available but offers cannot be submitted (b) OFFER SUBMISSION PERIOD: 15 days prior to closing of tender, during which tenderers can submit their offer. List of works completed in the last seven financial years giving description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work. Date of actual start, actual completion and final value of contract should also be given.

List of works on hand indicating description of work, contract value, and approximate value of balance work yet to be done and date of award.

Supportive documents/certificates from the organizations with whom they worked/are working as list of works completed and list of works on hand should be enclosed

I/We fail to submit the requisite Performance Guarantee [P.G] in the prescribed format within the time limit as prescribed in GCC (as amended from time to time) from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance, we are aware that the contract shall be terminated duly forfeiting EMD and other dues, if any payable against the contract. Also, I/We shall be debarred from participating in the retender for the work.

The original Bank Guarantee should be delivered in person or by post to Senior Divisonal Electrical Engineer,Traction and Rolling Stock, Electric Loco Shed, Kazipet-506003,Hanamkonda(dist.), Telangana, India, before closing date for submission of bids (i.e, excluding the last date of submission of bids.)
