Crack repairs with CM 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse river Sand) including making the V groove on the crack properly and preparing the surface for crack repair etc.,complete including the cost of all materials, labours, tools &plants,Curing, scaffolding and all other charges complete etc. as directed by the engineer in charge.

15 mm thick Ceiling plastering with CM 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse river Sand) after treated with apoxy chemical over exposed reinforcement including the costof all materials and approved apoxy materials,labours, tools &plants,Curing, scaffolding and all other charges complete etc.,as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. B) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. C) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. D) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineerin-Charge including the cost of all materials and approved water proofing materials,labours, tools &plants,Curing, scaffolding and all other charges complete etc. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 1st quality vitrified floor tiles in 600x600mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved brand ,make, colour , shade with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including the cost of all materials, labours, tools &plants,Curing, scaffolding and all other charges complete etc. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse river sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as directed including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 1st quality Ceramic glazed Anti Skid floor tiles for floor of approved size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse river sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including the cost of all materials,labours, tools & plants, and finishing and all other charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge.

Demolishing of cement concrete of nominal mix 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as directed by of Engineer - in - charge and including the cost of all labour charges, Tools & Plants and all other charges etc., complete .

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface all heights after scraping the old worn out paint, cleaning and preparing the surface properly and prepare the surface even and smooth etc., complete. including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete as directed by the engineer incharge.

Painting two or more coats on inside wall surfaces with Premium Arcylic Emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC( Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture , colour , shade to give an even shade at all heights after scraping the old worn out paint, cleaning and preparing the surface properly for painting and then cleaning cement painting spots on the floors, furniture ,doors & windows etc., as directed including the cost of all materials ,labours, tools & plants etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Two or more coats on doors & windows, metal surfaces with 1st quality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved make(Asian/Berger/Indigo) & colour, shade to give an even shade at all heights after thoroughly brushing, scraping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning the surface from all dirt, dust & other foreign matter etc., as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all others charges etc., complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick 1st class teak / padauk wood Fly proof wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors , windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges of required size and nessary screws etc., including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete as directedat by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing vertical / Horizontal blinds 100mm Regular quality of MAC or equivalent make made from 100% polyester yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure complete opaquity with zero light transmittance having suitable coating on exterior, including horizontal aluminium channel, all fixtures and fittings complete in all respects as per design and instructions of the engineer-incharge after removal of old Curtains and curtain rods and stake them with in a lead of 50m as directed at site including the cost of all material, tools & plants , labour , scaffolding and all other charges etc., complete as directed by engineer in charge

Supplying the chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20% in sealed containers including the cost of materials, loading & unloading,delivery , transportation to site and all other charges etc., complete.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for post - constructional anti-termite treatment including the cost of all labour charges, tools & plants and all other charges (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :Treatment of soil under existing floors at inside and outer side as well by using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2(1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration as directed at site by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size,colour,design & shape,laid in required pattern over PCC 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement : 3 Course river san : 4 aggreegate 20 mm size) of 75 mm thicness and over which 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand including filling of joints with fine sand and edge cement concrete1:2:4 etc., including the cost of all materials, transportation,loading & un loading, tools & plants, labours and all other charges etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of Existing Septic tank including cleaning the sewer line, manholes , replacing of CI covers and carried out minor repairs if any, including sealing the tanks with cement mortar, flushing the sewer line and tank with clean water and disposal of the wastes excrete/debris/deposits to the dumping site as specified by the local authority including the cost of all materials, tools & plants, labour charges and all others charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge at site.
