REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF US HT UG CABLES HT JOINTS HT BUSHES SPARES OF HT VCB AND TRANSFORMER DEHYDRATION OF TRANSFORMER OIL AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE N MUMBAI

M & L for dehydration of transformer oil through on load mobile stream line transformer oil filtration plant at site with all accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filtration of oil for desired dielectric strength i.e. not less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Oil to be tested before and after filtration and test report to be submitted by the contractor all as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Disconnecting the transformer (plinth/ pole mounted/ outdoor/ indoor 11 KV/ 433 volts) from HT/ LT system and opening carefully by draining out the transformer oil for stopping the leakages by replacing the following unserviceable spare parts of capacity 150 KVA to 750 KVA including refilling the transformer oil and reassembling after repairs and ensuring no leakages, loose connections on HT/ LT side & charging the system complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Supply only in repairs of LT Porcelain Bushing with gasket, Brass stud, nuts and washers (Set of 04) for transformer of cap 150KVA to 750 KVA 11/0.433 KV.

(b) Supply only in repair of HT Porcelain Bushing, gasket with Brass stud, nuts and washers (Set of 03) for transformer of cap 150KVA to 750 KVA ,11/0.433 KV

(c) Supply only in repair of rubber insertion sheet 4mm thick for top cover and other joints for transformer of capacity up to 750 KVA ,11/0.433 KV

(d) S & F in repairs air breather assembly L type filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of capacity 150 KVA to 750 KVA.

(e) S & F in repairs 25 mm gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head both ends screwed ISI marked including dismantling of old gun metal gate valve complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ZOLOTO/SCUD/HAZRA/UPADHYAY.

(f) Replacing the Explosion vent diaphragm of required size complete as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for painting tranformer complete by removing existing oil paint by scrapping and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces including writing SM / MES numbers and date of oil tested etc. all as directed by Engr-In-Charge and applying one coat of cement base paint on transformer plinth complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity:- (a) Transformer of capacity 150 KVA to 200 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV.

(b) Transformer of capacity 315 to 750 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV.

M & L for topping up of transformers 0il any capacity all as conforming to IS - 335 for different transformers & at different locations. Note : The dielectric strength of the transformer oil must be 45 KV r.m.s (min). Make : Power oil / HP/ BP.

M & L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as specified of type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long including replacemednt of old Steel/PCC pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Jindal/ Kwality steel Industries / Bansal Metal Works/ Calcutta Poles & tubes.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr bellow ground level, (Each earth plate should be filled with Charcoal 50Kg, Common salt 50 Kg, & Benzonite powder 20Kg ) and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including (600m x 600mm x 600mm depth) earth pit made out of mass concrete type-C2, 1:3:6, (40mm graded aggregate) & PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6 mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing up to 7.5 mtr length for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion incl taking down old unsv earthing complete for neutral earthing of existing transformer.

M & L for earth continuity conductor fixed to walls, burried in ground or drawn through pipe, GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for high performance digital protection relay for over load and earth fault protection suitable for HT 11KV VCB panel with 30/110 volts DC auxiliary power supply Make : CG/ABB/ Asidha/C&S. Note : Necessary addition(s) / alteration(s) to existing VCB front panel such as cutting / welding of front size of panel board / position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor without any extra cost. Relay shall be ordered to company ensuring the compatibility of auxilary supply voltage available in each sub-stations after necessary inspection by the manufacturer Engineers. The digital relay shall have the following protection features :- (i) Phase over current protection. (ii) Earth fault protection. (iii) over voltage. (iv) Breaker failure indication. (v) Auxiliary power supply 24-110 V DC. (vi) Number of digital inputs,Events recording ,Number of RS485 port

Disconnecting & taking out defective indoor VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, upto 650 Amps dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and Calibration and testing of 11KV VCBs indoor type along with control panel and control wiring, protection system and Calibration of relays by injecting high voltage/ current in primary / secondary side as required for check the triping mechanism complete including rectification of defects noticed compledte all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only.

Supply only in repairs following spare parts for 11 KV VCB, upto 630 Amps capacity indoor type of Make: Areva/Crompton Greaves/ MEI. (a) Closing / triping coil assy of 11 KV VCB's type VE -12, 30 volts matching with the existing system complete.

(b) Spring charging motor & gear assy of 230 volts 0.25 HP, 8000 RPM of 11 KV VCB's type VE -12, 30 volts matching with the existing VCB system complete.

(c) CT resin cast single phase 11 KV of ratio 30/60/5 Amps with suitable burden, conforming to IS 3156/1992, frequency 50 Hz , single phase, suitable VA burden and class-I accuracy for protection and metering equipments matching with the existing VCB system complete.

(d) CT resin cast single phase 11 KV of ratio 60/100/5 Amps suitable burden, conforming to IS 3156/1992, frequency 50 Hz , single phase,suitable VA burden and class-I accuracy for protection and metering equipments. matching with the existing VCB system complete.

(e) Indicator lamp LED type of different colour as per existing, 60 mm dia 30/110 volts Make - Siemens / L&T / SEIL

(f) Panel mounted trivector meter bi directional for input and output record, CT operated having the functions like voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, time,frequency, RS-232 interfarance and provision direct comunication port for downlowing the perameters including supply and installation of necessary sofware for supplied meter etc . Make : Secure /L&T Note:- Meter shall be match with existing CT & PT ratio ofd respective panel board.

(g) Supply only Vacuum Interrupter bottle type with brash, connecting parts suitable for 11 KV VCB Panel as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.(Make:CG, Part No- Type-WL-34599-M3+)

(h) Supply & fix in replacement in existing panel, Battery backed Power pack unit complete with internal SMF Battery & auto battery charging suitable for 11 KV VCB Panel with input voltage 110V or 230V (+ 10% & -30%) and output 24V/30V as per site , output capable of driving "Trip" coil with up to 10 repeat Impulses of attempts of triping AC & DC output systems protected from over current with externally replaceable fuses/MCB complete all as specified and directed.(Make:Gogate Electrosystem Pvt. M & L for cleaning of E/M installations / campus by deploying 2Nos labour in each installation, surface dressing or trimming of branches of trees, cutting/ dressing of natural grass from ground to remove small unequalities n.exc 15 cm deep ( including removing vegetation / shrubs / brush wood / under-growth ), cleaning of drains & carrying away the rubbish to a distance of n.exc 50 mtr away complete, the area of installation up to 400sqm. at least 2 times in each installation at a interval of 3 months
