| 2.01Number of floors served : 3 floors (G+2). PIT depth : as per actual (Please Visit Site before Quoting). Overhead : as per actual (Please Visit Site before Quoting). | 2.02BMS Compatibility: Potential free contacts / RS 485 / Modbus / BACNet card in the controller shall be provided for monitoring position, up and down movement of the lift etc which can be used for building automation system at later stage. Car entrance door Size. Minimum opening - 2100 mm (L) x 1000 mm (W). SS Honeycomb finish with full length glass doors. Type of door: Power operated automatic horizontal double opening doors. | ||||||||
| 2.03Car open in front only: Yes. Fire resistance rating: Minimum 1 Hr fire rated. Shaft size: 1750mm (Depth) x 2500mm (W). Lift Car a) Inside car size: To be given to suit to available lift shaft. b) Interior finish: i) Panel: shall be stainless steel of SS 304 with Honeycomb finish. ii) Flooring: Minimum 25 mm thick Granite flooring. iii) Ceiling Finish: shall be Stainless Steel of SS 304 with Mirror finish. iv) Lighting: shall be ‘LED’ lights in recess v) Ventilation: shall be cross flow blower / fan with louver with at least 02 Nos. fans in recess. vi) Existing exact dimensions of Car entrance door size and shaft size shall be checked by tenderer during his site visit before quoting their unit rate. Type of signal system i) Digital floor position indicator in the car and at all landings TFT/LED type. ii) Detailed travel direction indicator in the car and at all landings (to be provided above the car / landing doors). | ||||||||
| 2.04iii) Gongs and visual indication on all landing for the arrival of the car. iv) Overload Warning audio and Visual Indicator inside the car (lift should not start on overload). v) Battery operated alarm bell and Emergency light. vi) Car Operating Panel with Luminous Buttons and 3-way Intercom with (Vandal Proof Covers). vii) Luminous hall Buttons at all landings and inside car with Braille language signage. viii) Firemen’s switch at ground floor. ix) Display inside the car shall be ‘TFT \ LED' type with time and date indication. x) Floor announcement in the car. xii) Power supply: 400/415 V, 3 phase AC, 50 Hz, 4 wire System. | ||||||||
| 2.05xiii) Auxiliary power Supply: 230 V, +5% to -10%, 50 Hz AC supply. xiv) The entire lift equipment should be suitable for operation at +5% to -10% of the rated. Supply voltage Leveling accuracy : + 5 mm at all load conditions. Speed variation : + 10% of the rated speed. Counter weight: Cast iron fillers fitted in steel channel frame of size and numbers as per manufacturers standard. Car and counter weight guide rails: Machined guide rails of suitable size and fish plates. Emergency supply i) Inverter backup with trickle / boost charges arrangement for at least 30 minutes with maintenance free batteries for emergency light, alarm bell and intercom system. ii) An automatic rescue device in case of mains failure shall be provided. | ||||||||
| 2.06Door Close Safety: Full height Infrared light curtain door safety. COP: suitable for physically challenge person with braille encrypt car button - 02 Nos. in either side with SS 304 hairline finish, Vandal proof. Firemen lift i. Designated Lifts shall be used as fire lifts. ii. Firemen switch for the fire lift shall be provided at ground floor to enable the fire service personnel to ground the lift in case of emergency. iii. The word ‘fire lift’ shall be conspicuously displayed in fluorescent paint on all the fire lifts landing doors at ground floor. Intercom: The 3 way intercom system provided in the lift car has to be hands free and with lifting cradle in the machine room and control room with telephone / intercom wiring shall be provided. Pocket provision shall be made inside the car to provide USER intercom flush to car which will be connected to IITB EPABX system. | ||||||||
| 2.07Automatic rescue device a) ARD should monitor the normal power supply in the main controller and shall activate rescue operations within ten seconds of normal power supply failure. It should bring the elevator to the nearest floor at a slower speed than the normal run. While proceeding to the nearest floor the elevator will detect the zone and stop. After the elevator has stopped, it automatically opens the doors and parks with door open. After the operation is completed by the ARD the elevator is automatically switched over to normal operation as soon as normal power supply resumes. | ||||||||
| 2.08b) In case the normal supply resumes during ARD in operation the elevator will continue to run in ARD mode until it reaches the nearest landing and the doors are fully opened. If normal power supply resumes when the elevator is at the landing it will automatically be switched to normal power operation. c) All the lift safeties shall remain active during the ARD mode of operation. d) The battery capacity should be adequate so as to operate the ARD at least Seven times a day. Provided the duration between usages is at least 30 miniutes. Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator as the car stops at a floor served by the elevator. Hand rail: At 900 mm above floor level on all sides adjacent COP. Machine: Permanent magnet gearless motor with regenerative drive. | ||||||||
