Taking down carefully old unserviceable aluminum/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendants, regulators sockets, junction/terminal boxes etc; removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc., to match with existing surrounding surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable main switches/ distribution boards/Fuse Units of any description alongwith MCBs/MCCBs and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surrounding finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any description and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surrounding finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L point wiring for One light/fan point controlled by one modular switch 5 Amps one way complete with 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sq.mm (nominal area), single core, FRLSH PVC insulated ,unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including medium grade, rigid , non-metallic PVC concealed/ on surface conduit of size not less than 20 mm dia, with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls/ floor or surface on wall/ roof duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth duly including suitable size of factory made fabricated MS sheet modular terminal box, flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches/switch socket combinations/ fan regulators etc., covered with suitable size of modular cover plates complete in making good the existing surface with existing colour coding as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Make of wire : V-Marc/Polycab/ Gloster/ Anchor/ Havells/ Finolex and Make of PVC Conduit or Casing & caping : Modi/ Precision/ Supreme/ Finolex/ Polycab. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of following :- (a) GI metal flush box of minimum thickness of 1.6mm and modular cover plate with frame of any module complete. (b) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS specification. (c) Wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping as per site requirement. (d) Cutting chases in wall/floor /beam/ceiling to be concealed conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces.
