Maintenance of Lawn by the contractor including watreing preparation the grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds & fit for mowing in the duration of planting & security, deweeding, cutting etc with insectisides & manuring as required, if the grass die during maintenance contractor has to replant at its own cost.
