Annual Maintenance Contract for 05 Nos. 2Ton AC and 01 No. 5Tone AC Installation in 20/90 Bajrang and Matang Dragline at Nigahi Project for the period of 365 day ( one year)

Scope of Work/Technical Specifications- Annual Maintenance Contract for OEM fitted Air Conditioners fitted in operator cabin and PCR units of 20/90 Bajrang and Matang Dragline at site at Nigahi Project for a period of one year. The details of the Air Conditioning System fitted in Matang Draglines are as follows: 1. Air conditioner fitted in Operator Cabin: 01 no. of 2 Ton 2. Air conditioner fitted in AC Electrical PCR: 01 no. of 2 Ton 3. Air conditioner fitted in DC Electrical PCR: 01 no. of 2 Ton The details of the Air Conditioning System fitted in Bajrang dragline are as follows: 1. Air conditioner fitted in Operator Cabin: 01 no. of 2 Ton 2. Air conditioner fitted in AC Electrical PCR: 01 no. of 5 Ton 3.Air conditioner fitted in DC Electrical PCR: 01 no. of 2 Ton Scope of work is as follows: 1. To carry out periodic / scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire system. Thorough inspection of all air conditioning systems by team consisting of system specialist with helpers in line with checklist and OEM/OPM recommendations 2. Attend and rectify the minor breakdown / repair, if any, within 24 hours of reporting the problem and rectify the major breakdowns within 72 hours of reporting. 3. Periodic inspection and maintenance for Air Conditioner system, Refrigerant Gas, Chemical cleaner and Compressor oil to be provided by contractor/AMC holder during AMC period. 4. Any leakage in air conditioner will be checked in every point by soap solution. 5. Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump. 6. Refrigerant charging (R410c, R407c) with the adjustment of high and low pressure cut offs. 7. Ensuring proper cooling within the PCR room, operator cabin. 8. Replacement of any defective / faulty parts of the Plant Air Conditioner on the machine. The necessary spare parts will be provided by NCL Nigahi departmentally except Refrigerant and Compressor oil, which has to be provided by contractor. 8. To assist in planning and procurement for maintenance and repair spare parts & stocking at our end. Maximum Likely numbers of workmen to be deployed for work per day is 05Nos.
