Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of Grade M-25 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level

Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants. Note:- In view of limit on water-cement ratio for durability requirements, concrete admixtures (Naphthalene / Melamine based super plasticizers) shall be used after taking prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge and the rates quoted for these items shall be inclusive of the cost of admixtures, trial mixes, testing (at site & at approved labs), etc. complete.

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. etc. complete including cost of binding wire, complete as per specifications and drawings. - Steel supplied by the contractor. - Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured by approved brands of BARC only Confirming to IS:1786 Notes : 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 2. Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 3. Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials manufactured by approved brands of BARC only All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials Note: 1) Structural steel required for the work shall not be supplied by the Department and the contractor has to procure the same. 2)Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts, anchor bolts shall not be measured for payment, but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.(3) All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. (4) Edges of plates shall be grinded to uniform smooth finish. '(5) Full length welding shall be carried out as directed by the EIC. Note : Tentative/suggested make for the guidance of the bidder (s) : M/s. ADOR, ESAB, Indian Oxygen and D&H SECHERON or approved equivalent make - Welding Electrodes.

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections Using materials of approved equivalent quality/ product meeting technical parameters, confirming to IS 2062. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials. Providing and fixing and manufacturing 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes, plates, box of approved size and make and quality by cutting and placing in position including embedding if necessary complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing Made of GI wire of dia 4 mm of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as requeid complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro Reflective overhead informatory roads signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by EIC letters, borders etc. as per IRC:67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures. The rate includes the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off corners, lowering down the structural framework from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand with Flyash/ Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg/ Sq.cm strength of approved make and size in super structure above plinth up to and including Floor II level including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing dry stone pitching / RR walls in floors, drains etc. including stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead

Pipes medium Variety (Class B) for CRIMPNET GATE etc. including cutting of pipes as required, bending & welding including painting with two coat of synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of steel primer etc. complete.

Supplying & fixing in position 50 mmX 8 gauge G.I. CRIMPNET welded to pipes withG.I pipe frame using M.S.flat beading of 40mmx8mm to hold CRIMPNET including cost of M.S flats, scaffolding all material & labour etc. complete as per specifications.(Area of CRIMPNET Mesh alone will be measured.

Fencing with RCC post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 metres (min) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
