Servicing/ Maintenance of fire alarm system Make:- Morley installed at War Gaming Centre, scope of work to be carried out under this item as follows:- (i) The work shall be executed by OEM or his authorised agency only as approved by GE. Contractor will provide necessary documents from the OEM in respect of visit to be carried out while claiming payment as required by engineer-in-charge. (ii) Checking of Alarm, signal should not lost when primery power failure untill the alarm signal processed. Note for serial item no 1.00 to 5.00: Note:- 1. Work carried in restricted area and the contractor get prior permision of DEPARTMENT for work. 2. Small spare parts as required (like wire, lugs, pvc caps, nuts and bolts etc.) shall be included under item and rate quoted against the item shall deemed to include the cost of the same. 3. If Contractor fails to repair/ replace any faulty items within 24 Hours, a panel recovery of Rs. 500/- per day after 24 hours shall be recovered from contractor's dues.

Supply and fixing in replacement heavy duty copacitor 10 KVAR inbuilt 1 NO/NC auxiliary contact complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note- (a) Necessary T&P, pumping set, pipes etc. shall be arranged by the contractor. (b) Required safety equipments such as hand gloves, headgears, masks, gum boots, oxygen gas cylinders etc shall also be arranged by the contractor. (c) Labour trained in cleaning of sewerage sumps shall only be deployed to carry out the above job. Entire responsibility for safety of the deployed labour shall be of the contractor and deptt shall not be responsible for any mishap or any type of loss occured during the execution of above job. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of all the above factors and no extra payment shall be made for the same.

Servicing of Diesel Engine driven fire pump 55 KW, taking down worn out replaceable parts such as fuel/ oil filters, lube oil, flexible pipe, hose pipes, clamps etc and replacing the same with same of size & make compatible to existing fire pump including testing on completion to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down the fuel injection pump (FIP) of any make from the Diesel Engine driven fire pump 55 KW transporting to and fro civil workshop, dismantling the same to take out defective parts and repairing by replacement the components, reassembling & shifting to original location, refixing on the Diesel Engine driven fire pump 55 KW, making all connections and testing for smooth functioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in replacement pressure gauge, steel body, analog type with circular dia of 63 mm with reading capacity upto 2.5 kg/sqcm for fixing on pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MS single Door Cabinet 3 mm thickness for housing Hose reel, nozzle etc. of size 1200 mm x 800 mm x 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying/ taking out of cables, laying of pipe line, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soils, in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 50 metres and not exceeding 100 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Programming for upgradation of software to include the details of every smoke detector, response indicator, fire hooter installed in HQWC building and to display the fault location in the existing display of 2 x 4 loop fire control panel as existing on site to visualized fault location, status, activity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Leader should be provided by the contractor if any required to find the no of smoke Detector inside the false ceilling.
