Dismantling ,clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thick ness of wallsDismantling of Brick/stone masonry in Cement mortar walls under 3m high

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10metres and lift of 2metres in all kinds of soil except mediumrock, dense medium rock and hard rock requiring blasting including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick, watering and consolidation and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places as shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift. cleaning,levelling the site etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.20B)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Msand and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using III class country bricks of size 8 3/4"X4 1/4" X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Supply and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supplying and fixing GI pipe handrails for handicapped persons using 50mm dia GI pipe double handrail at a height of 800mm and 900mm from floor level with 25mm thick MS square rods as balusters embedded in the concrete and welded with pipe at 60cm centre to centre as shown in CA Job No. 9123 / 1 including cutting, welding, bending and fixing charges and applying one coat of red oxide primer for MS members as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing rain water harvesting arrangements including earth work ,supply &fixing of RCC Color, filling with 40mm HBBG jelly and top coverd with RCC 1:2:3 mix precast slab of 75mm thick including all labour charge etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position White / Colour Glazed Model Floor Mounted European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 liters capacity PVC / 12.5 liters capacity porcelain low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings, such as, 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using Indian adopter joint including all internal fittings, such as, 15mm bras connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The EWC and flushing tank with all accessories should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) Floor Fitting

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe conealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with hall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for making good for PVC open light point /Fan Point (For electronic regulator) etc, complete as per standard specification. Wiring with 2 x4 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with suitable Module GI switch box on wall with 1 no. 16A one way module switch and 1 no. 16A/6A 3 pin module socket with module front plate with painting of Suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 4 sq.mm copper wire for Open MS conduit 15A Plug point ( 8 points / Coil) Higher End

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug wfth painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open plug point

Supply and fixing of 4'18W Crystal Glass LED Tupe light fitting

Polishing the old wood work with One Coat of best French (Lac) polish with approved quality and brand including preparing the wooden surface to receive polishing, etc., complete complying as per the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of french polish, bees vax should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with One coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification

Supplying, Fabrication , erecting and fixing Calcium Silicate Board False Ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level

Supplying , fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position CI man hole covers with CI frames (heavy duty) of size 60cmx60cmx60cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specification.

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.
