Removing of old nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe and assembling of loose component by providing required threading & supply & fix plywood BWR Grade (ISI Marked) phenol bonded commercial ply wood (unpolished) of size 6.5 Feet x 3 Feet x12mm thick on top of charpoy GI pipe with and including 12 Nos suitable Nut & bolts chromium plated to angle Iron brackets & stiffeners welded to long rail & short rail of Charpoy complete all as specified and directed. Make of Plywood - Kitply/Green ply/Century DRG NO-FD-220 Note: Angle iron stiffener and brackets shall me measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply & Fixing new GI long rail of charpoy GI pipe made out of 32mm bore, medium grade ISI marked GI Pipe with 22mm threading at both ends of size 1884mm long as per drg including removal of existing unserviceable long rail complete all as specified and directed.. Make of pipe: Tata/Jindal/ TT Swastik DRG NO-FD-220

M&L for converting old unserviceable long rail, obtained from item No. 3 here in before, to short rail of 804 mm long including cutting, threading both ends upto 22mm length, fixing complete including removing existing unserviceable short rail complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing. M&L for converting old unserviceable short rail, obtained from item No. 4 here in before, to legs of charpoy of 440 mm long including cutting, threading one side upto 22mm length, fixing complete including removing existing unserviceable short rail complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing. M&L for replacing existing wooden block with new hard wood wooden block of size 35 mm x 35mmx40 mm, made to shape to fixed to bottom of legs of charpoy as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed. Drg No. FD-220

M&L for replacing of existing old broken GI elbow with new GI elbow 3 way, 32mm bore, medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of GI elbow 3 way shall be not less than 450 grams as approved by GE.

M&L for replacing of existing old broken check nut with new 32mm bore 10 mm thick check nut, ISI marked as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of check nut shall not be less than 100 grams each as approved by GE.

S&F stiffeners made out of angle iron size 35mmx35mmx5mm, 860mm long duly gas welded to GI frame without disturbing other components and painted with and including two coats of black Japan Paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F brackets made out of angle iron of size 35mmx35mmx5mm, 100mm long duly gas welded to GI frame without disturbing other components and painted with and including two coats of black Japan Paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
