52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, ardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
Providing and fixing PVC sheet flooring of approved make, of thickness 2mm with the size of roll upto 2m x 20m . The product shall be homogeneous and single layered with PUR range. The wear surface shall consist of impregnated polyurethane homogeneous mixture of PVC with ‘ Diamond 10 ’ technology, Plasticizers without DOP, Urethane, color pigments and filler calendared to form a sheet. Color and pattern details shall be dispersed throughout the thickness of the wear layer. It shall conform to group "T" wear resistance as per EN 649, Clean Room certified with class 'A' as per ASTMF5100, Flammability resistance of class Bfl-s1 as per GB8624-2006, Dynamic coefficient of friction of class DS as per EN 13893, Thermal Resistance of 0.072m2K/W as per EN 12667,
Thermal conductivity of 0.071W/mK as per EN12524, impact sound reduction of 3dB as per ISO 10140, Slip Resistance of class R9 as per DIN 51130, Residual indentation of 0.03mm as per GB/T 4085-2005, Color fastness rating of ≥6 as per ISO 105-B02, total weight being 2.8kg/m2 as per EN430. The product shall be suitable for applications in class 23/34/43 areas as per EN685. Product shall exhibit antistatic behaviour, resistance to bacteria, resistance to chemical, resistance to staining, suitability to castor chair. The product shall be Floor Score certified with no SVHC content published by European Chemicals Agency (REACH). Product shall contribute to LEED points under Indoor environmental quality category.
The PVC sheets shall be installed at site which includes preparing the surface, cleaning as required and applying adhesive - as recommended by the P.V.C tile manufacturer, laying, aligning, cutting in required size and pattern, trimming of tiles, removing the adhesive stains on the surface including cleaning the surface with soap solution (2 table spoons of soap powder for 5 Ltr of water) using a cloth or mop or and wiping the dried surface with soft dry cloth etc; complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-30 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 350 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).
Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

SUB HEAD VIII : STEEL AND WOOD WORKS
Providing and fixing T-iron frames for windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.
Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. SUB HEAD IX : ROOF WORK
Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.
Terrace water proofing
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:
a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment
b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs
c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge.
d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge
With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.
Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear metre (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure, such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running metre. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage.
Grading roof for water proofing treatment with
Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
Surface preparation by cleaning to remove dust, oil, greace, laitance, etc., providing fillet of 100 mm radius at the intersection of roof slab and parapet wall, pipe pedestal etc., providing and applying cement slurry bonding coat sika latex or equivalent and approved water proofing treatment by providing and applying two coats of acrylic based elastomeric, crack bridging water proofing coating on the roof slab, gutter area, parapet wall, gutter wall pedestals etc., in the following sequences etc., in the following sequence etc, complete all as per approved manufacturer’s specifications. (i) Sika Toseal 107 or approved equivalent first coat @ 1.5 kg/Sqm. (ii) Intermediate reinforcement layer of Sika Fab 1 or approved equivalent. (iii) Second coat of sika reinforcement layer of Sika Topseal 107 or approved equivalent @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm. Providing 50 mm thick (average) protection, layer of screed concrete of 1:2:4, mixed using 10 mm down size aggregate admixed with IS 2645 integral water proofing compound plastocrete plus or approved equivalent @ 130 ml per bag of cement. The screed shall be applied in required slope. Making saw cut joints of 6 x10 mm on the protection screed at every 4m intervals in both directions to prevent drying and hardened shrinkage cracking, filling the joints with flexible, UV resistant two component pourable grade PU Sealant, Sika lg or 1h or equivalent etc., complete all as directed.
Wet areas Waterproofing Providing and applying two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproofing (BASF / Sika / Fosroc / MYK Arment) of approved brand over wet areas . The system shall include base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials, grouting the porous area with cementitious grout, proper coving between slab and wall junctions and applying water proof material in two coats @ 0.75kg/M2/coat. Coating shall be done on the entire horizontal surface. and shall be continued vertically 300 mm above the wall level,etc., complete as per manufacturer's methodology and specification.(Plan area only shall be measured for payment.)

Supplying, fabricating, transporting to site and erecting Primary structural members like transverse rigid frames,columns, rafters, bracing members, canopy rafters, bearing frame rafters , rod and angle bracings etc., of approved make . All members shall be fabricated from plate or bar stock and shall have flanges and webs joined on one side of the web by a continuous welding process and shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A570 (Grade 50) or equivalent and having a minimum yield strength of 50,000 P.S.I. (345 MPa). Rod and angle bracing shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A36 (or equivalent) and having a minimum yield strength of 36,000 P.S.I. (250 MPa).Members fabricated from hot rolled structural shapes shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A572 (Grade 36) or equivalent and having a minimum yield strength of 36,000 P.S.I. (250 MPa). All other miscellaneous secondary members shall have minimum yield strength of 36,000 P.S.I. (250 Mpa). Supply, fabricating and erecting secondary members like purlins, girts, eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips etc., made of C and Z sections with available thickness of 1.6mm / 1.8mm / 2.0mm / 2.5mm, fabricated by cold forming process and shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A570 (Grade 50) or equivalent and having a minimum yield strength of 50,000 P.S.I (345 MPa) and galvanised with zinc coating of not less than Z275 (275 g/m2 minimum coating mass), conforming to IS 277 / IS 15961 .The secondary members shall be fixed with bolts and nuts having integral washers and shall be tightened to 55 Nm torque. Purlin bolts of standard grade 4.6 or high strength grade 8.8 as per design requirement shall be used . The item shall be inclusive of necessary accessories, submission of shop drawings for approval etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Bare Zincalume roof sheeting of approved make, of Kliplok system, concealed fix onsite roll formed profile shall be made of 0.50mm BMT (0.55mm TCT)), 700mm effective cover width with four major deep corrugation, 43mm deep rib spaced at 233mm c/c with micro stiffeners perpendicular to ribs for strength. The male and female rib shall have anti-capillary groove of Kliplok . The steel sheet shall be of high tensile strength G550 (min yield strength Fy=550Mpa), metallic coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si - Zincalume), AZ150 (min 150 gm/m2 total on both side), conforming to AS1397/ IS15961 class 3 for the durability . The steel sheet shall have brand marking of coated steel manufacturer on back side at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material. The sheet shall be fixed to every purlin by means of galvanised high strength steel clips having spurs which will securely hold the sheets in position and lock-in the sidelap and both centre ribs. The concealed clip shall be fastened with 40μm zinc coated or 25μm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make of Buildex/Roofix or equivalent with EPDM washer of approved make conforming to AS1365 class 3. The measurement shall be based on finished/covered surface area.

The sheet shall be made of solid polycarbonate , having embossments on bottom side, matching with roofing profile shape of 1.5mm thickness with UV protective film on top side with 90% light transmission. The sheet shall be fixed with 32mm dia Weatherlok washer/ dome washer with 10mm extra length and screws shall comply to AS3566 class 3-4 .The item shall include cost of predrilling with bigger hole if standard screws are used .The fixing shall be done as per manufacturer recommendation. The profile and properties shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge prior to installation.
SUB HEAD XI :MISCELLANEOUS
Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Making provision for drainage of moisture/ water that enters the curtain glazing system to make it watertight, by incorporating principles of pressure equalization, providing suitable gutter profiles at bottom (if required), making necessary holes of required sizes and of required numbers etc. complete. This item includes cost of all inputs of designing, labour for fabricating and installation of aluminium grid, installation of glazed units, T&P, scaffolding and other incidental charges including wastages etc., enabling temporary structures and services, cranes or cradles etc. as described above and as specified. The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. In the end, the Contractor shall provide a water tight structural glazing having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer -In- Charge.
Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this sub- head. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves) on the external face shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.
Note:-2. The following performance test are to be conducted on structural glazing system if area of structural glazing exceeds 2500 Sqm from the certified laboratories accreditated by NABL(National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories), Department of Science & Technologies, India. Cost of testing is payable separately.
The NIT approving authority will decide the necessity of testing on the basis of cost of the work, cost of the test and importance of the work. Performance Testing of Structural glazing system Tests to be conducted in the NABL accredited lab or any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO/ IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO/IEC 17025
1. Performance Laboratory Test for Air Leakage Test (-50pa to - 300pa) & (+50pa to +300pa) as per ASTM E-283-04 testing method for a range of testing limit 1 to 200 mVhr
2. Static Water Penetration Test. (50pa to 1500pa) as per ASTME- 331-09 testing method for a range up to 2000 ml.
3. Dynamic Water Penetration (50pa to 1500pa) as per AAMA 501.01- 05 testing method for a range upto 2000 ml
4. Structural Performance Deflection and deformation by static air pressure test (1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure) as per ASTME-330-10 testing method for a range upto 50 mm
5. Seismic Movement Test (upto 30 mm) as per AAMA 501.4-09 testing method for Qualitative test, Tests to be conducted on site.
6. Onsite Test for Water Leakage for a pressure range 50 kpa to 240 kpa (35psi) upto 2000 ml
Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor.
(Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in the cost of above item )
For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.
(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/ m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a mutifunctional compact centralized Intellegent self Programmable controller. It shall be able to control minimum 64 indoor units. The controller shall have wide screen user friendly colour LED/ LCD display and can be wired by a non polar 2 wire transmission cable to a distance of 1 km away from indoor unit including necessary fixing arrangment to the desiared location and necessary control wiring from all indoor units to CIRTC and from all out door units to CIRTC and Software and hardware required to operate from end user system and povide MODBUS/ BACNET OUTPUT for IBMS integration with IP RS 485 compactability. Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. MV PANELS
Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor type LT Panels fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA Sheet Steel in cubicle compartmentised free standing floor mounted, dust and vermin proof with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channel `T’ section and / or flats wherever necessary, 3 mm thick cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before powder coating as per specification and final approved shade. 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all panels. Panels shall be suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system with IP52 Protection. Lifting hooks shall also be provided in all panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel in the form of shop drawings/GA drawings before fabrication. Galvanized hardware with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of panels.
Note:-a) ACB in the LT panel shall be Electrically operated drawout type . Air Circuit breaker of approved make suitable for 415V 3 Ph & N supply with microprocessor based tripping device comprising of overload, short circuit and instantaneous ground fault protection including suitable range CTs and separate LED indications for overload, short circuit and ground fault along with release and also micro switches for service, isolated and locking positions for the breaker, door interlock, secondary isolating contacts, auxiliary contacts as required including ON/OFF indications, trip push button, trip indication, front operating handle and other connected accessories complete in all respects. b) All ACB's should be rated for minimum 50KA breaking capacity as detailed in BOQ (Icu=Ics=Icw for 1sec)
