Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: Without bond stone : Nallah

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc

Carriage of Material by Mechnical Transport including Loading, including stacking 1. Sand for an avg lead of 88 Km

2. Aggregate below 40 mm for an avg lead of 40 Km

3. Stone for an avg lead of 10 Km by MT
