Dismantling of old ACB, other accessories from existing Panel ,removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of cutter, heavy labor etc.

Supply of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), three Pole 415 V AC. Microprocessor based trip unit Manual Draw out type, of rating 2500 Amperes, breaking capacity60KA, Make:L&T

Supply of under voltage release240volt ACMake: L&T.

Providing /fixing and making connection of bus bar of suitable size for 2500Amp. Current carrying capacity including links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensle.

Fixing of ACB in the existing LT Panel Board including fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Modification in panel door Fixing all the measuring instruments, URV, CT's, lamps, over current & earth fault relay calibration etc. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc. and fixing the backup fuses as per requirement.

Testing and Commissioning of the Panel equipments as follow: -check equipment specification. -continuity and earthing. - meggering of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral of body, neutral of earth. - testing and comissioning of Ct and digital ampere meter and volt meter. -all functional tests. - checking of all tightening of nuts and bolts. -Alignment of doors etc. -fixing of all above components CT and ampere meter etc. -inter locking tests. - Testing on load with engineer in charge.
