Taking out existing old unserviceable underground or on wall LT/HT cable upto size 120 Sqmm, 4/3.5 /2 core keeping aside for removal from trenches/ wall/pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or under road complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, sand and brick work will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed

Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 50mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road under drains complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 13.00 here-in-before but of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron strip 25x4 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized steel including GI pipe light grade of size of 40 mm dia for protection and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortor 1:4 ,5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation,mass concrete as in foundation of poles & stay etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down U/S submain wiring aluminium and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring complete with four single core 6 Sqmm approved colour coding as per IS with zero halogen flame retardant (HFFR) smoke free non toxic non corrosive copper cable single core insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 volts grade and including stove enamelled steel surface conduit heavy duty (ISI marked) and unsheathed copper conductor 4 Sqmm earth wire as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : 4 run of 6 Sqmm & 2 run of 4 Sqmm cable in steel conduit shall be measured as single unit length.

Material and labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with halogen free flame retardant (HFFR) smoke free non toxic non corrosive copper cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 volts grade and including stove enamelled steel surface conduit heavy duty (ISI marked) and unsheathed copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm earth wire as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point controlled by one way switch.

All as per serial item No 22.00 above but 4 sq mm cable size with 2.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Flame proof LED tube light suitable for and including 2x20 Watt tube rod 230 Volt made out of cast aluminium alloy LM6 enclosure of all fixing acessories etc fixed in replacement complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fixing Switch flame proof-weather proof rotary switch/isolator 16 Amp single pole ON/OFF type with termination box in LM6, 16 Amp, single pole 250 V complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A,250V, 2P+earth complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made powder coated distribution board TPN 8 way double door (VTPN MCCB DB) with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar. Neutral bar standard DIN rail, earth bar ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with provn for MCCB upto 100 Amps, 4 pole MCCB and ELM as incomer and 32 Amps , SP MCBs outgoing complete all as specified and directed confirming to IS : 8623. . Note : (a) MCCBs shall be measured and paid separtely. Supply and fixing Flame Proof distribution box SPN 6 way with Bus Bar weather Proof in cast aluminium LM-6 enclosure , opened by externally spring type Knobs, complete with M-25 cable to entry to suit incoming cable and 4 Nos M-20 cable entries for out going cables frombottom, suitable for fixing on wall/column/sheet structure etc duly epoxy powder coated with flame proof flexible metallic conduit upto 1 Mtr length including all acessories complete all as specified and directed.
