Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

French spirit polishing : One or more coats on old work.

Removal of PVC/Woolen carpet from floor, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing woolen carpet of required thickness, make and colour on wooden flooring including cutting and fixing with adhesive of approved brand and manufacturer like Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Sealing of building construction joint at parapet level of G+4 building by screwing 1 mm thick plain aluminium sheet of 30 cm width on joint after filling the space with themacol like material and applying M-seal on edges and pesting waterproofing membrane over it etc complete as directed by EIC.
