Disconnecting of HT supply from main HT Panel after proper switching off 11 KV VCB discharging the supply. Complete drain out of transformer oil from transformer to empty oil drum by oil machine dismantling of conservator tank all protection relays, cable, end boxes, vent pipes and other items as required. Cleaning of transformer oil tank and removing of sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly, cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precaution to prevent the winding damage as required, cutting of old overheated insulation of winding and reinsulation of weak point with the help of HT insulation material and proper taping etc. DJB-SOR-21-22 (8.2.2)
