S&F 35mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with Block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both the faces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35mm thick 2nd class Factory made hard wood Plain framed panelled shutters (any numbers of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides feather edged or veneered particle board medium density wood particle board with commercial face veneers and fixing to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium colour powder coated door Frame and shutter single or double leaf glazed/pre laminated particle board interior panels fabricated including aluminium powder coated beading rubber Gasket and packing materials and shall be drilling in existing wall and thrust bolt suitable size complete comprising the following:- (a) Door frame section 101.60x44.45x1.93 mm fixed as per spd (b) Door Shutter Vertical Style of Size 85x44.45x2 mm as per spd. (c) Door Shutter Top style section 95.25x44.45x2.00 mm as per spd. (d) Aluminium coloured powder coated middle lock rail/bottom rail section 150x44.45x1.93mm cat No.20002. S&F aluminium coloured power coated (shade or tint as directed by GE) Side Hung window/ventilator frame and Shutter with section as per TD-109/2012 sheet (1/4 to 4/4) comprising the following:- (a) Al coloured powder coated window frame section 101.60x44.45x1.93 mm fixed as per spd (b) Aluminium coloured power coated double shutter (Glass and Wire Mesh shutter) 44x44x1.50mm top/bottom/sides style. (c) Aluminium coloured power coated butt hinges 8 Nos in each window 100 mm sizes as per spd. (d) Aluminium coloured power coated tower bolt 3 Nos in each window 150 mm long as per spd. (e) Aluminium coloured power coated handle 2 Nos in each window 100 mm long as per spd. (f) Tinted/coloured glass 5 mm thick fixed to window with rubber gasket & Al Powder coated beading. (g) Aluminium coloured power coated grill make deco grill DG-104 fixed with "H" Section. Note : If ground requirement for sliding window/AC window contractor should provide as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge without any price adjustment.

S&F in repairs aluminium powder coated Ventilator with Top Hung shutters /fixed type with section of 16 guage including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubbers gasket, anodised aluminium snap beading, screw, powder coated aluminium anodised fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm rigid prelaminated PVC foam sheet mite cut at two corners and jointing with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm MS square tube of two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mm MS square tube of 19 guage WPDM rubber gasket weather seal tobe provided throughout frame the door frame shal be fixed to the wall using 100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fastners. A minimum of 04 Nos screws to be provided for each vertical members and minimum 02 Nos of horizontal members,Make:-Rajshri,Sintex or Equivalent.

S&F for 30mm thick factory made solid panel prelaminated PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness and size of 19x19mm for styes and 15x15mm for topo and bottom rails. MS frame shall have a coat of steel primer of approved make and manufacturer. MS frame adhered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC `L' channel of size 30x75mm forming styles and 5mm thick, 100mm wide PVC sheet for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 5mm thick 20mm wide PVC sheet as gap inserted for top rail and bottom rail. panelling of 5mm PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame to the styles and rails with 5mm thick 30mm wide PVC sheet beading on either side and jointed together with solvent cement adhesive etc Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in repair 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior gde prelaminated one side with with decorative choice and other side white lamination fixed with screws as in cup board shutters & shelves and pelmet boxes etc Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Make : Duro/National/Archid Ply wood.

S&F in repair 25 mm thick Block board interior Gde 2 quality commercial type decorated face veneer on one face fixed with screws as in cup board shelves etc Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Make : Duro/National/Archid Ply wood.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain fillets not exc 3 sqcm sectional area, square, rectangular or tringular in section, wrought fixed with nails Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in repairs 100 mm long, Stainless Steel designer pattern handles Suitable for fixing in cupboards all as directed and as specified by Engr-in Charge

S&F in repair, 40mm Magnet catcher fixing in cup board as approved by engr-in-Charge

S&F in repairs, 50 mm Stainless steel Concealed hinges suitable for cupboard complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old Aluminum door/windows of any description size exc.1.5 sqm but not exc. 4.00 sqm and M&L for complete over hauling of the glass pane frame/rubber beading/aluminum glazing clip sliding system locking system incl. necessary oiling and adjustment etc and refixing in same location complete all as directed. Note :- Glass Pane/rubber beeding/aluminum beading shall be measured and paid separately under subsequent items.

All as per item No 17 hereinbefore but n.exc 1.5 Sqm.

S & F in repair rubber beading to be fixed over glass panes in Aluminum windows Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in repair, aluminum anodised glazing clip to the alumiinum window frames after fixing the glass panes Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work incl. steel door, gate, window guard bars, grills etc Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for fabricated frame work as in doors frame using MS Box section of required size for making rebate to fix Shutter and other section with gusset plate rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing Door Shutter with MS Butt Hinges and hole for tower bolt, sliding boltetc or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging with and including hinges Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings,postof angle iron etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC for 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching & for fixing railing, holdfast etc Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any th size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frames glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F 4.0mm thick Glass pane figured pin headed type, best quality, fixing to Aluminium/Steel Sections as in Panel of Doors/ Windows Shutters and Panelling Works with necessary fixing Arrangements viz Jointing Cleats, Glazing Clips, Rubber Packing, Screws, etc. or fixed with Oil Putty, as required/ordered at Site(s), Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in repair 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior gde prelaminated one side with with decorative choice and other side white lamination fixed with screws as in cup board shutters & shelves and pelmet boxes etc Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. S&F in repair for Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of apoerture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium/woodem/steel beads Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in repairs 25mm dia 16 gauge Aluminium powder coated curtain rods including cutting and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S& F in repairs designer pattern wall bracket suitable for 25mm dia curtain rods complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood of any description not otherwise described width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & incl one coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new or previously steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & incl one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs contineous (piano) hinges, mild steel powder coated of 40 mm width of flaps(when open) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of wall and ceiling and boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board / slabs any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for suspended false ceiling consisting of suitable GI sections of ‘T’ Angle & FI as per Std engineering practices with ‘E’ board classic ceiling boards 4mm thick in grid of 0.60x0.60mtr including cutting holes and making good holes for main joints, suspending with 4mm dia GI wire to roof slab, roof trusses, purlins & rafters etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement & fixing at site and PVC frame of max panel size 120cmx60cm complete all as specified and as shown on drawings/SSR.

S&F in repairs aluminum door seal fixed to bottom of door shutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, 6mm thick Glass shelf (22x6") with Brass CP Bracket with brass nut, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Cat part No- ES01A of make-Nixo/hilife or equivalent out of makes specified in list of makes.

S&F in repair, 6mm thick glass corner shelf (12"x12") with C type Brass CP bracket, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Cat No-ES03A of Make-Nixo/Hilife or equivalent out of makes specified in list of makes.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling in patches of any description including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s). (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in patches in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces plastered on walls including cornices plasters and applying two coat of oil bound distemper in patches over a coat of primer complete and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning complete all as specified.

Note: The amount of Rs 1,30,450/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 133 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
