Demolition of brick wok or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins ,arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water with and including removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 05 here-in before but expect bricks (old servicable bricks obtained from item No 01 here-in-before shall be used)

De-silting and cleaning by taking out mud/sludge, vegetation growth etc, from drain beds of any depth in foul condition and confined places, getting out and removing the mud/sludge to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500 m and deposited where directed with and including taking off drain covers and refixing the same after cleanig /de-silting of mud/sludge of any description / size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces using 3% WPC finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note. WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, soil, etc, from mouths of drain pipes of culverts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any thickness and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in drain covers with and includiing use and waste of form work etc, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.(Note - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L for pre-cast factory made RCC M-35, drain covers/slab of size 1200 mm x 600 mm x 100 mm thick with and including reinforcement as per IS specification and MS frame all around as per relevant IS set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. incl provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia wire made upto into matresses complete all as specified and directed. Note. Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO convened by the GE.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other with length of bolt 50mm and diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS round bar 10mm dia for straining chain link fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 x 5mm thick Flat Iron fixed to fencing posts with nuts and bolts including drilling hole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.
