S&F Wall mounted fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 400mm sweep with, blades, including provision of new flexible 2 core copper wire of size 1.5 Sqmm with pulg and frame and louvers connecting up to plug point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting openning through brick wall 230mm thick built in cement motar suitable for exhaust fan 250mm/300mm/450mm sweep including making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
