Supplying and filling of well gravel by lorry in basement filling including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges filling laying watering and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Dept., Officers with standard specification.

Dismantling and clearing away the pressed tiles along with weathering course of any thickness and clearing the debris away from the site of work using lorry transport and dumped in the place approved by the municipal authorities and as directed by the Engineer,i/c., (The capacity of one lorry load should not be less than 2.83 M3)

Providing Pre - construction Anti - termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam, all round the Pile Caps, Catch basins, trenches, pits, tunnels, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor. External perimeter of building, surrounding of pipes, expansion joints, below U.G. sump and retaining/side walls etc. as per instructions of chemical manufacturer as directed by the Department officer/ Engineer. Thetreatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc, TC stands for Termiticide Concentrate for Termite Control (Bifenthrin) and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The work should be carried out by an approved and registered specialist pest control agency only. Tenderer to furnish the name of the proposed specialist firm. A 10 years post application guarantee against defects shall be furnished by the main Contractor. Note : Horizontal plan area at ground floor level of the building will be measured and paid.

Dismantling brick work or stone masonry of any thickness in cement mortar in foundation under 3.0m height and removing the debris away from the site of work using lorry transport and dumped in the place approved by the municipal authorities and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Dismantling the RCC concrete by deploying machineries and stackings the useful materials for reuse and clearing the debris from site with initial lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c., The reusable materials shall be handed over to the department engineer.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. Paving the floor with Designed Colour double charged Vitrified tiles of size 60 x 60 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The basic cost of tiles should not be less than Rs.80/-- Sq.ft)

Supplying and fixing with anti-skid step tiles of size 30 x 30 cm with 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with best approved quality, printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 6 mm sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M.sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality paddock wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost of distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges etc as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use of work).

Painting the walls with two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications. (The colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use of work.)

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Outer frame 40 X 40 X 6mm Hollow steel special extruded section at 3.28Kg/RM and shutter frame 35 X 35 X 6mm hollow steel special extruded section at 3.28Kg/RM. Stiffeners with 32 X 6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded in fact on both ends to shutter frame. 20 gauge CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel in the shutters frames. 18X5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32X6mm at 1.50 Kg/m MS that on the rear side of the sand witching the CR sheet for rigidly. Additional stiffness with 18 X 5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flats are provided diagonally on the rear side of the shutter 2 Nos., of hinges in case of single leaf and 4 Nos., of hinges in case of double leaf shutter is provided 6 Nos., of hold fasts 120mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolt 2 Nos., one at top and the other at bottom are provided. One aldrop is provided in case of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door. For single leaf doors one more aldrop is provided in the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at in appropriate place, in case of a double leaf door, MS flat 32 X 3mm at 1.10 Kg/m is provided on the edge of one shutter, to conceal the gap between the shutters. A tic bat is provided at the bottom of the outer frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation of fixing. All members are given a shop coat of red oxide primer etc., as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing in position steel balustrades using 20mm square rods at 150mm centre to centre and one baluster in each step centrally located and the top shall be connected with the handrails by means of M.S. Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size of 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (No M.Sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 31:12.5 by volume laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden of beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling water, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
