M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate o application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), by using 4% bitumen content any penetration using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 confirming to IS-73-2006) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with steel wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.25 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30 mm thick (consilidated average thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne cap vibratory power road roller to achive the required compactness, camber and gradient finished complete including (cutting of edges of roads straight and site clearance) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for marking 2 mm thick of 01 coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavements and the like n exc 10 cm wide and with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Road marking paint work to be carried out as per IRC Pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved make and mix with 8% mica sign applicator machine no extra cost is admissible for the same.

S&F in repairs cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS Stud of size as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 750mm dia convex mirror mounted on metal sheet body and frame work suitable for road side mounted on angle iron 50x50x6mm for mirror botton each 1.20m high above GL and fixed with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of road sign boards ao any shape, type, size, sections incl taking out embedded portion in PCC/ natural ground and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggt as in foundaton, filling, mass concrete and sub floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel tube of 50mm dia (Grade-304) including welding, jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel tube of 40mm dia (Grade-304) including welding, jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm. The letters approximately covering upto 50% area of the board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for road side berms of 75mm spread thickness with available approved soil/ mooram as directed, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for forming construction Joint 30mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints for 200mm Thick slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring / hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof / slab kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with CM 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves including demoliton of concrete in ground florrs and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness but above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepation of new of previously untreated surface of any description over 10 cm girth or with not otherwise described and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone set paving of any description or any thickness in floors etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work will be patches or in bulk.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Stone for the setts shall be of the best quality, granite, trap, basalt or quartzite. Use of sedimentary stone shall not be permitted. Stone setts shall be approximately rectangular in shape with a tolerance of plus or minus 12 mm.

All as per Item No. 31.00 here-in-before but except stone sett flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Stone obtained from serial item No. 30.00
