Surveying, Planning, Designing , Providing, Constructing, Hydraulic Testing, Commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of Cyclic Activated Sludge Process Based(CASP) on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology,STP of 1 MLD capacity consisting of Raw Sewage Sump, Sump Pump House, Plant Room, Screen Chamber, Grit Chamber, Inlet cum Equalization Tank, Aeration Tank (SBR), Disinfiction Tank,Sludge Sump and other MIscellaneous Civil works with necessary piping work including required valves, gates, drains, pathways etc.complete as turnkey job with all invoved Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per specifications for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical components with all duties and taxes etc. complete to achieve pH around 7.0, COD <50 mg/l, BOD <10 mg/l, Suspended Solids <10 mg/l, Fecal Coliform <1000 MPN/100ml. All structural steel works/ fabrications are to be provided, with applicationof hot dip zinc coating according to specifications as per IS 4759 : 1996 (Reaffirmed 2006)

SEWERAGE SYSTEM / SEWER NETWORK : Surveing, designing, constructing and commissioning of the sewarage system / sewerage network for the complete colony for discharging the sewage to the STP consisting of the sewerage network of RCC pipe NP-2 class or any of suitable dia of minimum length 6635 mtrs approx as per the design including all necessary connections (including from buildings to the Sewer Net work with necessary modifications/traps, if any, as per requirement) and related jobs, pumping stations etc. as required including all complete items/ works as per scope of work (including cost of RCC Manholes and RCC Chambers). Note: The Scope of work also includes length of the sewage network and the quantity required for the same shall be considered from the first chamber and the first chamber will be defined as the chamber just outside the building/Courtyard wall/boundary wall of the building. Further, the Scope of work also includes individual household connection and required chambers, if any.

Construction of Boundary wall 2.00 Mtrs above GL all around the STP with RCC column and column footing suitably spaced as per Design, plinth beam and coping beam of RCC M-20 grade and fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including plastering finishing, main gate of structural steel of suitable size, priming, painting etc all complete (Minimum Total length 200.00 mtrs) as per detailed design and scope of work.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE : Operation and Maintennace of STP for 5 five years (Total 60 calender Months) after completion of construction of STP, Trial Run and commissioning of STP (including the required chemicals, man power T&P, spares, flushing of sewer net work once in every three months etc inculding disposal of sludge to the nearest location, all complete as per the instructions of the Engr-In-Charge)
