Grading roof for water proofing treatment with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse Sand).

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Waterproofing Coating: Providing and application of a two component, cementitious acrylic polymer based high performance water proofing coating sandwich with fibre mesh. It offers seamless coating applied for 1 mm DFT .Technical Data: Elongation : 120% Crack bridging : up to 2mm Tensile Strength : 0.4 N.mm2, Pull out bonding strength : 1.5 N mm2. Ponding test for 48 hours after application. The job includes all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding etc complete for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer incharge.

UV Stable high elongation waterproofing top coat: Apply AquaArm WPU 1K E (polyurethane liquid membrane) having 450% Elongation, Tensile Strength 1.4N/mm2 & Crack bridging ability more than 1.5mm suitable for Terrace waterproofing. Now apply final the job includes all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding etc complete for proper completion of work as per satisfaction/direction of Engineer incharge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
