(b) 4 Pole, TEFC, high efficiency, squirrel cage induction motor drive having BHP rating 20% higher than the peak capacity, suitable for 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 3-Phase AC power supply. (c) V-belt drive assembly with pulleys, belt, guard, etc., double canvass connections with zip to discharge duct/plenum, etc. (d) 50 mm thick, washable HDPE, 90% down 10 micron pre-filters, filters, fixing framework, hinge type access doors, etc. (e) 6 row deep chilled water coil ,4 row deep hot water coil & 2 row deep dehumidifier coil section with aluminum fins and copper tube tested on 21 kg/sq cm with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc.

BUTTERFLY VALVE Replacement in repairs of PN 1.0 rated short & long body type butterfly valve of following size designed, manufactured and tested as per IS: 13095 (1991), suitable for isolation and throttling services, having Cl body & dis SS AISI 304 disc seal, CS clamping ring and SS AISI 410 shaft and flange drilling standard end connection with accessories etc. as required all as specified and directed.

DRAIN PIPE Replacement in repairs of UPVC pipes and fittings of following size, resistant to chemical & electromechanical corrosion, conforming to EN 1452-2, having specific gravity 1.43, shore hardness 70 ° C to 90 ° C, tensile strength 500 kg/sqcm, bending strength 950 kg/sqcm, modulus of elasticity 3.2 X 10 kg/sqcm and dielectric strength > 40 kV/mm complete with accessories etc. as required all as specified and directed.

CHILLED / HOT WATER PIPING Replacement in repairs of MS ERW Class 'C of following nominal sizes of chilled/Hot water piping with all necessary fittings i.e. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, structural support, wooden blocks, air-purge valves, drain-valves, etc. duly insulated thick closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber with aluminum foil laminated on one side of minimum 45 Kg/cum density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class ‘ O ’ insulation applied by suitable rubber based adhesive confirming to standard OEM specifications, complete including repairing of damage to building etc. all as specified and directed. Note:- The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. 3-WAY TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE M&L for cast iron 3-way mixing valve of following size, suitable for operation upto 10 bar, with electronically operated actuator for AHUs. Water flow through the valve shall be regulated by rotation of brass slipper between the main and the bypass ports; it shall be possible to manually rotate the brass slipper through 360 ° and interchange the main and the common ports, to facilitate installation at site. All internals of the valve shall be rust-proof and the 'O' ring shall be of elastomeric insulation. The valve actuator shall be of electronic type with DC motor, the actuator's angle of rotation shall be 90°, it shall be without any limit switches and shall be overload-proof. It shall have an indicator to indicate the position and push-button to disengage the gear train for manual operation including duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected pipe, as required all as specified and directed.

AIR DISTRIBUTION (GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET DUCTING) Replacement in repairs of site/factory fabricated galvanized steel sheet (G.S.S.) square/rectangular ducting for supply/return air, fabricated from galvanized steel sheet, having zinc coating of 120 gm/sqm total on both sides complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitters, vanes, supports to installed /hanging the duct with suitable size of SS hole fastener etc as per IS: 655/1963 with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site of following sheet thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note for ducting work: (i) Necessary cutting of existing walls/prefabricated sheet for passing/installation of duct and making good as per existing as per site requirement including necessary material required for completion of the work shall be including in the rate quoted by the contractor. Nothing extra payment is admissible on the account. (ii) The duct work shall be as per IS-655. (iii) The Galvanized steel sheet for duct work shall conform to class viii with zinc coating of 120 gm/sq mtr as per IS-277(2003). iv) The contarctor shall design the ducting layout to meet the desired air flow rate matching with CFM of new AHUs and submit the shop drawings of ducting layout for the approval of GE before execution of work.

FIRE DAMPER Replacement in repairs of following size of fire damper complete with smoke detector/thermistor, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation. The fire dampers shall be spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C. The fire damper shall be located in the SA/RA ducts at all fire rated crossover (shafts, walls, etc.). The control panel shall be located in such a way that the reset can easily be done. These combination smoke and fire dampers shall be interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC and shall trip/close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone. Fire damper shall be tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI. The fire-damper shall be of at least 120 minutes fire-rating as per the approved particular technical specifications and shall meet the following design criteria: (a) Bare fire dampers with 400 mm sleeve. (b) Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position. (c) Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers. (d) Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and specifications.

ACOUSTIC INSULATION Replacement in repairs of 15mm thick Class O open-cell engineered nitrile rubber foam acoustic insulation having good sound absorption, damping and barrier properties, antimicrobial product protection, thermal conductivity, as per EN 12667, not exceeding 0.047 W/mK at 20° C, density 140-180 kg/cum and conforming to class 1 rating for surface spread of flame in accordance with BS 476 Part 7 & UL 94 (HB, V-0). The acoustic insulation material shall be free of dust and fibre; it shall pass fungi/mould resistance as per DIN EN ISO 846 method A and bacterial resistance as per DIN EN ISO 846 method C and air erosion resistance test in accordance to ASTM Standard C 1071-05 without any laminate or covering (section 12.7) from an independent accredited testing agency, complete all as specified and directed.

THERMAL INSULATION Replacement in repairs of closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber with aluminum foil laminated on one side, having thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.037 W/mK at mean temperature of 20° C as per EN 12667, moisture diffusion resistance factor or ‘µ’ value of minimum 7,000 for base insulation material without the foil as per EN 12086, fire performance such that it passes Class O as per BS476 Part 7 for surface spread of flame and also fire performance of V0, HB as per UL 94, 1996, density without the foil between 40 to 55 kg/cum. The insulation material shall be FM (Factory Mutual) USA approved and dust & fiber free. The Aluminum foil shall be 60 microns thick and its weight shall be 193 gsm as per EN ISO 2286-2, tensile strength 90 N / 15 mm as per EN ISO 527-3 with elongation > 10% as per EN ISO 527-3, complete for following thickness of insulation all as specified and directed.

SUPPLY/RETURN AIR DIFFUSERS/ GRILLS Replacement in repairs of removable supply/return air diffusers/ grilles of extruded aluminum sections duly powder coated with volume control damper, complete all as specified and directed.
