Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but including ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles and disposal off outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks ,straight or curved in any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out of joint , hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and disposal off outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dubbing out average 15mm thick on irregular face of walls in patches in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 for receiving wall tiles on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) and disposal off outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors etc, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Forming 12mm thick 100mm deep Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar and disposal off outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-bases of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22mm thick over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:6) laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Tread of the staircase has to be provided with one stone)

M&L Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado & pillar over 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
