ARMO works at BSC Nalgonda for the year 2026-27 S.H. Rolling shutter repairs, flooring repairs, roofing repairs, pipeline repairs and other miscellaneous works

Providing, stretching and fixing GI barbed wire in six horizontal and two diagonals on each side in between 'Y' type MS angle posts including stretching with GI binding wire thickness not less than 18 guage or clips etc., complete with GI barbed wire weight not less than 9.38 kg/ 100m. (Analyzed rate based on Item no. 16.17.1 of DAR 2023 )

Servicing to the rolling shutters including cleaning the side guides , springs and shaft etc., with kerosene oil, providing and applying fresh grease, applying tension to the springs replacing damaged parts and welding locking plates stoppers etc., wherever necessary etc complete as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge

Providing and fixing rolling shutter springs of 27.5 cm long wire spring grade no.2 for rolling shutters including labour charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters

Cleaning of Storm water drains in all depths and width 0.60m to 1.00m including removal of debris/ rubbish and disposal of the same in all leads and lifts filling in low lying areas and levelling complete in the depot premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of Service drains around godowns in all depths and width 0.30m including removal of debris/ rubbish and disposal of the same in all leads and lifts filling in low lying areas and levelling complete in the depot premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix(i/c equivalent design mix).

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, inculding watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand (Zone III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources.) (4.1.8).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate
