Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc. complete, and disposing the same 100metres away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor must be informed to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.
Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4.5:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for leveling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.
Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.
Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and filling in basement with Quarry dust, filling in layers of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/mechanical roller including watering, leveling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.
Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.
Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.
Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes conforming to IS:458, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints ect. Complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.(300mm dia NP2 class RCC Hume pips)
Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (grading 1 materials)
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respects as per clause 406 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface, cleaned with mechanical broom etc., complete in all respects as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..
Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading I (19mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per clause 509 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer.
Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading II (13mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per clause 508 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer.
Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Dismantling Plain Cement concrete by manually / by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
