Supply and fix in replacement of exhaust Fans, 300 mm sweep 1400 rpm steel body, heavy duty, AC single phase, 230 volts, connecting with multistranded copper conductor flexible wire of suitable size from ceiling rose, including necessary fixing arrangement i.e anchor nut, bolt, washer and grouting and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells / Khaitan / Almonard / Bajaj / Crompton Greaves Note-(i) unserviceable exhaust fan will deposited to E/M storeyard.

Supply and fix in replacement of Ceiling fan white / Ivory in colour, 1200mm sweep with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/ Bajaj/Khaitan/Crompton Greaves / Usha Note-(i) unserviceable ceiling fan will be deposited to E/M storeyard.

Supply and fix in replacement 25 Ltrs capacity geyser, AC single phase, 230 volts including connecting with multistranded copper conductor flexible wire of suitable size from ceiling rose, including flexible CP Pipe connection and necessary fixing arrangement i.e anchor nut, bolt, washer and grouting and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells//Khaitan/Almonard/Bajaj/Crompton Greaves Note-(i) unserviceable geyser will be deposited to E/M storeyard.

All as per item no.3.00 above but 50 Ltrs capacity

Supply and fix in replacement of single phase energy meter of capacity 10 to 60 Amps with water proof and Temper proof, AC single phase, 230 volts including connection with multistranded copper conductor flexible wire of suitable size from DB to meter with necessary fixing arrangement i.e anchor nut, bolt, washer and grouting and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make : HPL/L&T/Hager Note-(i) unserviceable energy meter will be deposited to E/M storeyard.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring for, fan, or power point complete with fittings such as switches , fan regulators, and ceiling roses, holders and making good the disturbed surface on walls ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated Unsheathed cable FRLS grade with copper conductors, single core, multi stranded 1100 Volts, ISI marked (IS 694) (For Phase, neutral ) drawn through and including 20mm dia PVC casing caping ISI marked, with accessories including 1.5 sq mm FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete and connecting the earth wire to common earth dolly for one fan / exhaust point controlled by one switch complete all as specified.

S&F switch piano 5Amp flush type one way single pole 230 Votls all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F celing rose surface backlite with 3 terminal 65x30mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type for ceiling fan of any sweep, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement Unserviceable switch paino, flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amp, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement Unserviceable ceiling rose, surface Bakelite 65 x 30mm, three terminals, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement Unserviceable of stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type for ceiling fan of any sweep, complete all as specified.
