(ii) Technical specification of offered Make/Brand to be uploaded along w i t h o ff e r (iii) Firm must upload successful Completion Certificate / R-Note for same/similar item along with the offer ( i v ) At least one set sample of demanded material to get approved by consignee before effecting the bulk supply.

i) Consignee: SSE(L/D) HWH. ii) Marking : Manufacturers Identification mark along with Month and Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or on boxes /cartons as per drawing/specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be. iii) Packing: As per IRS. iv) GC/WC: As per IRS terms and condition must be submitted. v) All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/ rate is as per GST Law. vi) Firm should quote their valid GST rate in the column & should provide their GST registration number. vii) If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded document, the purchaser may, at his discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.
