Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed including disposal of debris outside MoD land Note: The place of disposal shall be found out by the contractor

Material & labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square metre all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof, floor with water proofing compound by weight of 3% of total cement content as padding concrete on roof laid at required slope finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material & Labour for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content, priming @ 0.8 Kg per sqm of finished concrete surface complete and applying evenly a coat of cold bituminous coat at 1 Kg per Sqm and applying a seating coat over cold biyuminous, finally applying paving bitumen of any penetration at 1.5 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing structural steel framed works such as angle, channel etc. Confirming to Fe-290, E-165 as in supporting structure of duct, drain edge etc including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel section of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A, as in Plates (Plane or Chequered) channels, square cut or noteched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment.

Supply and fixing mild steel as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Supply & fixing in repair for Stainless steel decorative railings, staircase (design and pattern as approved) made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc. of grade 304 complete with and including necessary welding, buffing/ polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Design for stairs/ladders or any others will be as approved by GE.

Supply & fixing in repair for Stainless steel decorative railings chains alloy grade 304 having 8mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. complete with and including necessary welding, buffing/ polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed including disposal of debris outside MoD land Note: The place of disposal shall be found out by the contractor

Material and labour for ready mix cement concrete in Hard standing RMC M-40 in field using minimum 360 Kg of cement per cubic metre (as per IS 456:2000) laid in bays or as directed with and including steel formwork to sides of concrete spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation etc all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type BI using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour 10mm dia over mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

-ditto- all as per item No 14.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

Material & labour for microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent as mentioned in Appx 'B' of PS around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete/stone surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equivalent as mentioned in Appx 'B' of PS for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturating the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 40mm thick ready mix polymer plaster and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed including disposal of debris outside MoD land Note: (i) The place of disposal shall be found out by the contractor (ii) New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor finished cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supt-ports, overhangs, etc. Also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides of pillars posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectanguar or polygonal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cleaning the surface of the stone/concrete in jetty , dock,retaining wall, piers of jetty and bottom portion of deck slab etc above sea with mechanical grinder and specialized water misting techniques applying water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone/concrete surface complete and removing all sea vegetation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.

Material and labour for applying two coat of solvent free Epoxy primer coat on oil/damp wall using with composition of UR Tech CG 2752 and UR Set CG 1054 in the ratio 100:60 Parts by weight Epoxy Primer to be homogeneous mixed, achieved by using a mechanical stirrer machine with agitator blades or alternatively a drill machine with a paddle stirrer. Primer will be applied at coverage of 3 to 4 Sqm per kilograms per coat of Epoxy primer, thickness of each coat shall be 120-150 microns complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti carbonation paint DEKGUARD S of FOSROC or equivalent over vertical concrete surface in jetty/dry dock above sea level all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old Size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) including Sagol finish including erection and dismantling of scaffolding to carrying out works up to 1 to 4 storeys buildings complete.

Material & Labour for applying one coat of smart care Hydrolock by brush without dilution on plastered surfaces including submitting 3 years warranty against dampness and efflorescence in writing complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer with 3mm thk wall care putty on plastered surfaces including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying and sanding the surfaces till even and smooth finish and applying one coat of wall primer and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approval tint complete.

Material & labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling finishing the surface even smooth all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces in ceiling, applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plastering in CM 1:4, 20mm thick in two coats (15mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) using Pidiproof LW+water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as mentioned in Appx 'B' of PS as per manufacturer's instruction and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge Note: (i) Water proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Water proofing compound shall be mixed in 5 mm thick finishing coat

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulson over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction

Material & labour for preparation of old surfaces of wall any description & applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint @ 1.67 lit/10 Sqm over and including priming coat @ 2.20kg/10 Sqm) on wall/roof including including erection and dismantling of scaffolding to carrying out works up to 1 to 4 storeys buildings complete.

Material & labour for Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of roof or cement concrete,including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measuerd separately.

Material & labour for preparing plastered surfce of roof slab, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm of area complete all as specified and diretced by EIC.

Material & labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : 1. The side overlaps shall be minimum 75mm and the end laps shall be minimum 100 mm. All overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manufacturer’s instructions 2. the membrane shall be inserted in the wall at the height of 300 mm by cutting groove in the wall finished by membrane flashing. Note : Quoted rate shall incl disconnecting and refixing of existing AC units/PVC water tank incl necessary fittings if damaged.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Material & labour for preparing new or previously untreated surface of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work.

Supply & fixing 1st class hardwood (TEAK WOOD) Plain, solid, straight, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered segmental supplied and fixed (size of wooden planks shall be as per direction of EIC) all as specified and directed.
