Cleaning of floor area at `0` m level from behind bowl mill area, APH hopper area up to road including oil heating station, basement of clinker grinder for Unit no. 9,10,11,12& 13. Frequency daily. (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of trenches, drain and cable trenches on boiler side of Unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. daily (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of floor area of 13 m level around raw coal feeder, operator cabin including 14m floor of Aux. PRDS of each unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. daily. (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of 0 m to 19 m main boiler (from column E to column M) including air heaters and pulverized coal pipes for Unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. daily. (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of the main boiler (19 m to 53 m) including 36 m level along with grills at 27 m Dearator floor for unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. Daily. (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of Milling system for unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. Daily (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of FD fans & PA fans for unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. twice in a week. (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of ash from outside area of Air pre-heater hoppers for unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. twice in a week. (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of ash from area outside area of Economizer hoppers unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. twice in a week. (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of ESP control room floor for unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. Daily. (One job means work of one unit.)

Collection & heaping of Ash/Clinker disposed off outside furnace at 0 m floor area for Unit No. 9,10,11,12 & 13.

Cleaning of T 9 m floor of unit no. 9, 10, 11,12 & 13 including UCBs, Analyzer Thermal control room, Boiler MCC of unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13 (daily)

Cleaning of spider /cub web of UCB, unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13, both MCB, turbine equipments and auxiliaries at 9 m floor, 0 m and -4 m except walls, ceiling structures Freq. (Weekly) or as required.

Cleaning of T 0 m area and machines of unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13 including its 6.6 KV/0.4 KV switch gear room, battery room and 0.4 KV station switch gear room below MCB and air washer room, (3x200MW Daily & 2x200MW) (Freq. Daily except holidays)

Cleaning of floor of -4 m level of turbine side from MCB to unit side(3x200MW Daily & 2x200MW) (Freq. Daily except holidays)

Cleaning of all staircases from -4 m to 13 m level of Turbine side from MCB to Unit side (3x200MW Daily & 2x200MW) (Freq. Daily except holidays)

Cleaning of walkway and floor of cable gallery at 5 m level of turbine side including floor of battery rooms and battery charger of unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13 and cable gallery room their MCB. (3x200MW Daily & 2x200MW) (Freq. Daily except holidays).

Cleaning of T.G hall walls/structure including various columns up to approachable area of TG hall from MCB to Unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13 ( twice in a week)

Disposal of Ash/garbage/clinker/scrap up to 3 Kg etc from various locations of boiler unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13 to scrap yard.

Disposal of ash garbage mixed coal dust from various locations of boiler unit no. 9, 10, 11,12 &13 to ash disposal yard.

Cleaning of main turbine & generator cover of unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. (daily, except holiday)

Cleaning of crossover pipes, BFP, Cond. Pump, SOP,A/C Lube oil pump, seal oil and lube oil pumps along with all other pumps 0 m level and -4 m level for Unit No. 9, 10,11, 12& 13. ( daily, except holiday)

Cleaning of erection bay and 0.4 KV S/G room, battery room near 11th unit erection bay of unit 3xx200 MW & unit 2x200MW (Freq. Daily except holidays)

Cleaning of T/F yard of one unit (near GT / UAT). Cleaning of one unit transformer yard means one job for unit 3xx200 MW & unit 2x200MW (Freq. twice in a week).

Cleaning of galleries of offices at 5 m & 9 m floor from MCB to Unit side unit 3xx200 MW & unit 2x200MW (daily except holidays).

Cleaning of oil from Turbine/Gen. Brg. & seal round the clock will constitute one job in unit 3xx200 MW & unit 2x200MW (Daily except holiday).

Cleaning of cooling tower floor area of unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13. Freq. twice in a week. (One job means work of one unit.)

Cleaning of ID fan area of around of unit no. 9,10,11,12 & 13 (daily except holiday)

Cleaning around ash slurry pumps (as and when required during S/D)

Cleaning of floor area of EP hopper at 0 m level of one unit (for 3x200 MW only). Cleaning one unit means one job (Daily except holiday)

Cleaning of floor area and building at 0 M level in new compressor house. (Daily except holiday)

Cleaning all IR make compressor in new building. (Alternate days)

Disposal of ash accumulated in canteen near 9th & 13th Unit.

Collection & removal of ash from pump house floor (as and when required during S/D)

Cleaning of ID fan motors LOP System etc (as and when required during S/D)

Cleaning of M.C.B. Floor area of panel room, compressor room & sump pump house of ATPS and cleaning of table, chair, and glass door of UCB (3x200MW) ,preparing of tea/breakfast/ refreshment to operation personnel ( per shift)

Cleaning of table, chair, and glass door of UCB {2x200 MW), preparing of tea /breakfast/ refreshment to operation personnel per shift & serving of official letters to operation personnel in morning, evening & night shift. (per shift )

Cleaning of area between contractor cabin and unit # 12,13 around dustbin Freq. twice in a week.

Cleaning of mechanical workshop ATPS and removing of mud/garbage from unit no.12, 13 both outside galleries Freq. twice in a week.

Cleaning of floor of CW pump house along with grills, gallery of C. W. pump house etc. Freq. twice in a week.

Removal of cub web at the operating floor equipments including all the pumps and gallery. Cleaning of all above one time means one job of 2x200 MW (Freq. twice in a week).

Cleaning of Mechanical Workshop, BTPS, Obra (Freq. Twice in a week).

Collecting / removing ash from tranches of boiler side whenever there is leakage in pipe line and pump

Cleaning of floor area at 0 m level D. G. Set house (Freq. Daily except holidays).

Cleaning of new compressor situated in front of GT of Unit no.12,13 (1) cleaning of floor (daily except holidays) (2) cleaning of equipment ( daily except holidays

Cleaning of newly constructed bay control unit (BCU) of 400 KV S/Yard (daily except holidays

Cleaning of floor of -4 m cable gallery from MCB to Unit no.12 (daily except holidays).
