Material and Labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparations i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, dusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying a coat of anti-rusted steel paint and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1 : 2 : 4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate incl Nitobond Part A and Part B bonding compound (2:1) to a surface and reinforced with 10mm TMT bars with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of Finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height ccomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of brick work built in cement mortar cement lime mortar.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight curved on plan exv 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 brick m slightly roundeda as wedged shaped as spd.ther part made of mild steel heavy duty in fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound Complete all as spc upto height 12 mtr including taking down cement plaster built in cement mortar all as specified & directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of cement base paint of wall on wall complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frame, glazed with putty and fixed with beads.

S&F sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality , fixed with oil putty and fixed with beads.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “Orrisa Pattern” white of size 580x440mm with internal foot rest with `P’ or `S’ trap, integral foot rest including water connection to trap and flushing pipe, flushing cistern etc complete and bedding in PCC 1:7:12 type F-2 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flush pipe and flushing cistern to be measured and paid separately.

S & F in repair PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm.

S&F in repair Flush pipe of polythylene of low or high density or PVC, 32mm dia for low level cistern.

S&F in repair for 15mm bore angle Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down , high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handles , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup ( concealed type) and fixed.

Dismantling of roof brick tiles fixed in cement mortar in single layer.

Demolition mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc.and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding averaging thickness of 50 mm complete all as specified.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric APP modified membrane of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm torch shield using gas burner including 150 mm side / laps and bitumen primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge incl with two coats of aluminium paint@ 0.20 Kg /Sqm for non accesseble roof complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer's directions. Note : The rate of Primer used for laid Memebrane is included.

S&F 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric APP modified membrane of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm torch shield using gas burner including 150 mm side / laps and bitumen primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tile laid over 15mm thick bedding layer in grouting CM(1:6) and joints grouted/pointing (flush)with CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All a per Srl item No 21 above but except tiles (old serviceable dismantled tiles obtained from Srl item No 14 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar).

S&F in repair rotational moulded polytheylene triple layered white water storage tanks of capacity 500 Litres(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing water tank and 20mm dia brass float valve with brass rod complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise, specifically provided for including sunken floor,disposal of debris and rubbish ,unserviceable materials etc. to a distance not exc. 100m distance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plaster 15mm thick in cm 1:4 in sunken portion of slab with using waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm stone agg filling fdn and mass cove in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for receiving the floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M& L Non skid dark coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm to 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or clolured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic glazed dark shed coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and incl 10mm thick rendering in cm(1:4)set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces of well as in skirting/dado complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., and similar work incl primer conforming to FE-410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. M&L for preparation of new steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc.including excavation for poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base under floor for incr ht. complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing tiles and M&L for 60 mm thick PCC (M-35) factory made with gray cement and no pigment interlocking tiles/ paver block of shape/ size as conforming to IS 15658, joints will be filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
