Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, in hard/ dense soil for repair/ replacement of CI/ GI pipes & fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm using soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil ,material obtained from excavation/demolition outside MD land and depositing at places allowed by BMC all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying (in repairs) Galvanised steel water tubing of size 15 mm dia, medium grade, ISI marked with all new GI fittings and fixed to wall and ceilings or laid in floors etc.

All as per Item No 04 but of size 20mm dia

S & F CI fittings upto and including 150 mm bore as per IS 1538 such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing,decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up unserviceable/ defective cast iron water mains of 100 mm dia size (including all fittings) with spigot/ socketed/ flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete etc all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 25 but of 150 mm dia

S & F 100 mm dia bore with socket and spigot ductile iron pressure pipes, class K7, centrifugally cast with socket spigot ends as per following conforming to IS 8239/2000 with cement mortor lining inside the pipes with outside zinc cozting suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length including DI specials as required at site complete confirming to IS 8329/2000 and all jointing materials etc an making good for distributed surfaces of roads, pathways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearence for route of pipe line, welding, cutting the existing CI/DI/MS pipe line of any size up to 200mm dia for inserting branch connections etc all as specified and directed. Note : Lead Joints / D Joints will be measured & paid seperately. Contractor is responsible for repair/ replacement of any damages to the existing structures while performing thee task.

M & L for Burning out lead joint in position for 80mm dia CI pipe, including removing old lead to store, etc.

Supply and fix in repairs 80 mm bore sluice valve both ends flanged with CI body and SS spindle with clamps and check nuts, operating wheel etc. non rising type ISI mark (IS 14846) class PN 1.6 grade including jointing materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrates in coping / pedestal of poles including all necessary frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for stone masonary wall ofrandom rubble uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted build in cement mortar 1:4 for pipe pillars / posts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MS angle iron frame of valve chamber cover/covers on valve chambers using 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron of any size & shape as required & ordered including all type of fabrication work & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete including dismantling/ taking old rusted broken items complete all as directed .
