Name of Work:Rate Contract for M&I works (Rs.0 – 50.0 Lakhs) on various operating locations (Depot/ Terminal) & Aviation Fuelling Stations in Bihar & Jharkhand States Under Bihar State Office for 3 Years with a provision for extension by another six(6) months with mutual consent.

Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format 3. The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of Goods & Service Tax (GST) and the Goods & Service Tax (GST) will be reimbursed as per actual. As per prevailing rate GST will be 18%. 4. Since this a rate contract, BOQ amount of Rs 100 is indiactive for evaluation purpose. The quoted rate in this Percentage BOQ will be uniformly applicable on all SOR items as mentioned in the seperately attached file named SOR_MI_BSO.pdf. 5. Bidders are advised not to use Information Rights Management (IRM) feature on BoQ and any other excel file submitted during bidding process. IOCL shall not be responsible for any consequential result due to same. 6. Duly filled Price Bid is to be uploaded in the Financial Packet only. Else in case of uploading of Price Bid in wrong place other than Financial Packet or changing the format of Price Bid, the entire Bid of the tenderer will be liable for rejection.
