Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Motor with pump set servicing (Excluding the motor winding), overhauling the pumps and motors. All bearings are to be checked/cleaned periodically. Properly greasing of bearings and needs replacement. Any other rectification job has to be carried out as & when required for Centrifugal/Open well Submersible/Turbine Pump with Motors(including transportation charges)The job is included motor starter panel servicing ,such as all loose connection to be checked & tighten, contactors are to be cleaned / replaced, burnt leads are to be replaced as per required strictly as per ANX-1 (Material will be supplied by the contractor as per ANX-VI, Sl. No.-(5).In case of occurrence of any kind of breakdown, needs to be attended within 24 hrs.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Motor starter panel servicing such as all loose connection are to be checked/tighten, contactors are to be cleaned/replaced, burnt lead to be replaced, also submersible pump motor coil resistance, supply voltage, full load current, pump pressure, abnormal sound if any to be checked and recorded in the register as directed by the site - in - charge.as per ANX-VI (Material contractor as per ANX-2,Sl. No.-(5). In case of occurrence of any kind of breakdown, needs to be attended within 24 hrs.

Submersible Pump Motor Set lifting from bore well if not working due to burnt motor or any other mechanical problem and then same to be lowered in bore well after repairing or lowering spare pump motor set (including transportation charges), as directed by the site - in - charge.as per ANX-2 (Material will be supplied by the contractor as per ANX-2,Sl. No.-(5). In case of occurrence of any kind of breakdown, needs to be attended within 24 hrs.

Monoblock Pump Motor Set lifting from underground reservoir (open well) if not working due to burnt motor or any other mechanical problem and then same to be lowered in resevoir after repairing or lowering of spare pump motor set(including transportation charges), as directed by the site - in - charge.as per ANX-2 (Material will be supplied by the contractor as per ANX-2,Sl. No.-(5). In case of occurrence of any kind of breakdown, needs to be attended within 24 hrs.
