REPAIR TO ROOFS CHAJJAS AND PLUMBING WORK TO OTM ACCN AT NORTH ZONE UNDER GE NORTH AKHNOOR

Taking down old treatment incl paddding,removing existing bitumen felt treatment including brushing, cleaning top surfaces of roof slab,broming etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) on roof slab, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Water Proofing Treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces. (b) After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of surfaces. (c) Provide APP modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density film. Minimum width of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be 3 Kg per Sqm. Product Name Multi plus manufactured by M/S STP texa Ltd Gurgoan/Hyper Plus Standard Manufactured by IWL India ltd Chennai/ Bengal Acquaflux manufactured by Bengal bitumen New Delhi/ Superior plus 310 by STP Ltd and any other product as appproved by E-in-C Br will be used. APP membranne will be laid across the slope from lowest line of slopping roof towards ridge with minimum end lap of 150mm and side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown bitumen. (d) Over the APP membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen or equivalent viscosity grade blown bitumen (penetration of bitumen when tested as per IS 1203 will not be more than 40) Confiming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and blended with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat.

(e) After providing above treatment provide two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturing instruction. (f) Coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 radius 75mm shall be provided at all junctions of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall around opening and treatment mentioned above (except fine sand) shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in CM 1:6.

Fixing 20mm dia PVC nozzles and injection grouting using Dr Fix IT URP 301 of M/s Pidilite Industries or equivalent as in sunken floor/ceiling all as per manufacturer's instrutions. Note : Nos and location shall be as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on external wall surfaces (ht not exc 3.5m from ground level) in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement as in roof projection/chajjas/facia incl soffit of chajjas with using GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified. Note : (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included double scaffolding. (ii) Wire netting shall be measured and paid seperately.

-ditto- all as per item No 07 here-in-above but ht exc 3.5m but n exc 7m from GL.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only GI wire mesh 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls all as specified.

Preparation of newly/old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly/old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of apex paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas including demolition of existing cement concrete (reinforced) in any description and any position otherwise described for (reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate to demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to rough finished surfaces of concrete as in chajjas and like incl edges complete all as specified and directed.

TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled sections as in framework for sunshade/chajja and like fixed with angle cleat and connecting plates, confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore tubes, medium grade, galvanised with and including all fittings fixed to walls, floors, or ceiling or laid in floors etc including taking up or down existing unserviceable steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of 500/1000 ltr cap, setting aside for repair or cleaning etc and refixing in position complete all as specified.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks of 500/1000 ltr cap complete all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down of existing tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down of existing tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of water tank base of any description complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel framed work as in framework for water tanks, conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth, priming with one coat of red oxide primer and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 using 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in coping, benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified & directed.
