Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP)

Survey, Planning, Designing , providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of Cyclic Activated Sludge Process (CASP)Based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology, 200 KLD STP consisting of Raw Sewage Sump, Sump Pump House, Plant Room, Screen Chamber, Grit Chamber, Inlet cum Equalization Tank, Aeration Tank (SBR), Disinfection Tank, Sludge Sump tank and other Miscellaneous Civil works with necessary piping work including required valves, gates, drains, pathways etc.complete as turnkey job with all involved Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per specifications for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical components with all duties and taxes etc. complete to achieve pH around 7.0, COD ≯ 50 mg/l, BOD ≯ 10 mg/l, Suspended Solids ≤ 10 mg/l, Faecial Coliform <10,000 MPN/100ml. All structural steel works/ fabrications are to be provided, with applicationof hot dip zinc coating according to specifications as per IS 4759 : 1996 (Reaffirmed 2006)
